“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

Located on the banks of the Myall River at Bulahdelah, " Riversedge too " offers a riverside retreat on the edge of town overlooking the surrounding farmland and forests. With navigable water to the Myall Lakes, the property is ideal for canoeists, bike riders and bird watchers - the world famous Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes National Park and coastal surfing beaches are all a short distance away. The detached cottage has been specifically designed for privacy views, and relaxation.

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Enjoy our calming light-filled studio retreat nestled on the second story among the treetops of the local gum trees in Soldiers Point Port Stephens, perfect for 1-2 adults. Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
