Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious and comfortable home all on one level with a sunny garden, outside seating and a bbq for warm evenings. Located on a charming street with easy parking, we are within a few minutes walk to Bushy Park with lakes, playgrounds and plenty of deer. Easy access to riverside pubs, Kingston with John Lewis and Waitrose, Hampton Court Palace. For those visiting town, the train is only 30 minutes from the centre of London.

This property was truly terrific in a very peaceful location. It has good supplies available nearby till 11:00pm, the bus very close and the train about a 10 min walk. The stay was very private, peaceful, and set in a beautiful garden. Nearby Bushy Park, Hampton Court Palace, downtown Teddington and the River Thames made for some great walks with food and drink stops about the place. Our host, Jane, could not have been more helpful and was able to accommodate us with an earlier than expected entry and for anything else we needed. We also spent several days in various parts of London and found the public transport very easy to negotiate. I would love to stay here again if I manage to get to London again and will recommend this place to family and friends.

Lydia and Will were welcoming from the moment we made our booking. We greatly appreciated their intentionally curated recommendations for our visit and their willingness to answer questions long before our visit.
