Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Renovated cozy log cabin

Totally renovated Härbre (small log cabin) located only 2000 meters (15 min walk) from the World Championships 8th, which is the largest lift in the ski system. It is about 3000 meters (30 -40 min walk) to Åre Square and train station. The shelter is originally from the year 1850 but in 2018 the cottage was moved and has been completely renovated into a modern and cozy cottage. In addition to the fantastic location in the middle between Åre and Tegefjäll, the shelter offers sauna, fireplace and views over both Åreskutan and Renfjället.

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family-friendly accommodation close to nature and adventure both summer and winter. In summer, you can hike directly from the house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can go directly out on the mountain expanses.

Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Fantastic mountain cabin with two floors, tot 100 sqm, for 6 people in unique Tottens village; Åre's absolute best location with wonderful views! Tottens village road is Åre's oldest district and is an idyllic only 10 min walk from Åre center where there is a large variety of resaturang, food and clothing stores, system companies, cafes etc. Only 5 min walk to the Tottlift where you enter the entire Åre ski system. Nice hiking trails nearby and Åreskutan is just behind the house! Spacious sauna and large fireplace!

Cross-country trails and transport lift to the ski resort are just a stone's throw away. Summer time trail running, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, paddling and swimming. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort Åre, which offers shopping, entertainment and restaurants. 5-minute walk to Trillevallen's high mountain hotel.

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
