Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Renovated cozy log cabin

Totally renovated Härbre (small log cabin) located only 2000 meters (15 min walk) from the World Championships 8th, which is the largest lift in the ski system. It is about 3000 meters (30 -40 min walk) to Åre Square and train station. The shelter is originally from the year 1850 but in 2018 the cottage was moved and has been completely renovated into a modern and cozy cottage. In addition to the fantastic location in the middle between Åre and Tegefjäll, the shelter offers sauna, fireplace and views over both Åreskutan and Renfjället.

Newly built cottage of 30 sqm with bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen and cozy sleeping loft. 15 min to cross country skiing or hiking, 5 min to swimming and fishing in Indalsälven and 11 min to alpine skiing or downhill cycling in Åre. St Olavsleden passes outside the cabin. The cottage is located on the villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre which is 12km away. The cottage is 400 meters from Undersåkers train station (where there is an electric car charger) and 150 meters from the bus stop.

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family-friendly accommodation close to nature and adventure both summer and winter. In summer, you can hike directly from the house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can go directly out on the mountain expanses.

Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally-located place. Here you can relax and enjoy skiing, cycling and hiking trails directly adjacent to the cottage. Detached house of about 50 sqm distributed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. VM 8 and the slope directly "outside the door." This lift, which opens first and closes last on the day and the season, takes you out to the entire Åre magical ski system. Genuine ski-in ski-out!

Modern and nice apartment in a south-facing location high up in Tegefjäll. Fantastic view over Åredalen. Only 50 meters to the nearest piste. Two bedrooms with bunk beds (2x 90 cm) and one bedroom with double bed (160 cm). Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with washing machine & dryer. Fireplace, WiFi, ski storage, parking space with engine heater outlet. In Tegefjäll there is a restaurant, convenience store, ski rental, ski pass sales and free ski bus to Åre, which you can reach in 10 minutes
