The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Enjoy nature when you stay in this unique place. You will stay in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. No temporary unbooked visits allowed on the property beyond the two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the sound of the waves that lulls you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.
