The kitchen of our villa is equipped with modern white appliances and has all the necessary tools for cooking. The pool is a shared pool of two twin villas and is available during the summer season. The sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are only placed in the summer by the decision of the site. Walking around the house with shoes and smoking are not allowed.

Our house is a detached building in the center of Mürefte, there are 5 separate rooms, all of our rooms have a bathroom and WC in the room, our rooms have air conditioning, mini fridge and TV, it is a complete hotel room concept. 2 of our 5 rooms are 1+1 and there is a single bed in our small room outside the normal bedroom. There is no balcony in our 1+1 rooms. Our other 3 rooms consist of a single double bed. 95 km to Tekirdağ Şarköy 12 km 198 km to Istanbul

Our flat is 1 km from the nearest market, 5 km from Gümüşyaka and 15 km from Silivri district centre. A maximum of 6 people can stay in our apartment. The complex has 24-hour security, indoor garage and semi-Olympic swimming pool. We have our own place with an umbrella on the beach.
