Holiday rentals with a patio in Tekirova

Place was very clean and location was great, close to everything and just a small ride to the city centre. Host was also very easy to reach, communicate with, friendly and helpfull. Will definitely recommend and book again!

This place was perfect for our family. Loved all the space and the pool was great. Apartment was even bigger than what it looked like on the photos and very clean.

Spacious and full of light with a huge bathroom and living room. Emel is the best part of this Airbnb, she's super helpful, with lots of great tips, including when the bazaars are open, and super welcoming and friendly. I loved the light and air, all the windows open, there's a good place to dry clothes, and it's a 5 minute walk from the beach and cafes.

Deniz is all you need from a host-responsive,friendly and helpfull. The apartment is very bright and spacious and has everything you need and we really felt like home. If you are a nature lover this is the place for you. 15 mins drive from the city with all the shops,restaurants and the beach. Great value for money too so we really recommend it!

Great apartment near the Lara beach. It takes 3-5 minutes to get to the sea. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also were given hand bands to get access to the private beach free of charge. The hostess Buket answered all the questions we had and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment if your goal is to spend your vacation on the beach.

Umut and his co-hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. We came as a mother and daughter and everything was perfect. From start to finish our host was available and above all very responsive. The accommodation offered is completely in line with the description. Large apartment, a large beautiful terrace upstairs to enjoy the sun and life on the sea. the proximity to the beach and shops and activities, everything was really perfect. We stayed in Tanju's house for 2 days! It is close to the sea and at the same time in the middle of the small village of Karaöz. From the second floor, the sweet and tastefully furnished house offers a small view of the sea. Tanju's loving mother surprised us with vegetables from her garden! Tanju himself is also a polite and very open person and answered all our questions immediately. I can recommend his accommodation to anyone.

My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, there are many bedrooms, everything is tidy, clean, everything we needed was there. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

We loved our stay at Berrin’s place! It was so peaceful, beautiful and calm - exactly what my family wanted for a vacation! The house is even better than in pictures: brand new and stylish, we loved amazing garden and barbecue area. Berrin is so lovely and helped us with suggestions where to go around Kemer, where to find local food markets and where to change cash at a great FX rate. Overall we loved our stay at Berrin’s place, definitely recommending it to and hope to come back some time! Thank you!

Ms. Özlem and her family were very friendly, humble and helpful people. She answered every question we had with urgency. The house was extremely clean, tidy, as in the exact photos and peaceful. Although we went to Olympos Adrasan side, it was our first time on the Karaöz side and it was definitely worth it. Thanks to him, we were also very pleased with the boat tour we found. Modern comfortable villa, spacious, with a private pool, walking distance from the see. Street parking right next to it is free and always has space. The area feels safe, with shops and restaurants nearby. Stable Internet connection. The host is friendly and helpful :) Great place to stay with family or friends.

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

I loved visiting Finike, a place with beaches and lots of tranquility to be able to rest, relax and do tourism. The house is beautiful, the apartment is very comfortable, everything new and very clean, I felt like I was in my house. Hasan is a good host and gave me all the directions to both the location and recommendations for places to meet. Beaches nearby, and restaurants with typical quality food and very well priced, the beach is behind the house and you have a boardwalk for bike rides or walking. A quiet area, highly recommended, I definitely have to come back and think about repeating experience. Thank you x everything!!!

This was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The winter season is very quiet in the region. I was in Turkiye visiting friends and working remote and was glad to have this peaceful space to come home to. For remote work I require a reliable internet connection with fast speed and this was exactly what was available to me here. No issues at all! For breaks I could easily walk across the main road to the beach which I often had to myself. The convenience store was easily accessible. And the bus stop was right there so I could travel back and forth easily to Kumluca. Great location, all the amenities I needed, great communication from the host, responded quickly when I had questions, very clean space!

The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
