Holiday rentals with a patio in Tekirova

We were absolutely delighted with this apartment in Kemer! Very cozy, clean and modern — everything is new, thought out to the smallest detail. The location is just great: the sea is just a few minutes' walk along a beautiful pedestrian street with shops. There are many restaurants and cafes around, everything is close and convenient. The bed is comfortable, we slept perfectly. The hostess is very friendly, always in touch and ready to help. The central location is ideal for relaxation. We liked everything, we will definitely come back here again! We definitely recommend it!

The house was convenient and clean. The host responded to questions very quickly and was very helpful. It was in a comfortable and peaceful location. Electronic devices were in good working order. It was a privilege to have air conditioning in the hall and in the room.

Deniz is all you need from a host-responsive,friendly and helpfull. The apartment is very bright and spacious and has everything you need and we really felt like home. If you are a nature lover this is the place for you. 15 mins drive from the city with all the shops,restaurants and the beach. Great value for money too so we really recommend it!

Greetings to all, The apartment was pleasant. Ideal for 3 people. Challenges the 4th person. My daughter slept in the sofa in the living room, we were in the bedroom. The air conditioners were clean and working nicely. Everything was clean at the first check-in. We asked for the towels as they got dirty, they were provided with clean ones. Kitchen was adequate. There is a washing machine in the common area. The area is called Göynük. There is a public beach very close by, we went for 2 days. Then we reached Camyuva public beach in 7-10 minutes by car. Blue flag and immaculately clean. Gravel at the bottom, no waves to enter. Sun loungers are available for a fee but available. We went to the sea in the ancient city of Phaselis. We downloaded the museum card app and became a member and checked in the morning without much waiting. There are no sun loungers etc. here, but since you are in the forest, there is a lot of shade. We laid towels and entered the sea. After 2 meters, the bottom of the sea becomes sand. No waves, straight water. Ideal for children. It was very pleasant to swim in the history. You can also go to Kemer public beach. We didn't find a place to eat in Göynük. We went to Kemer and ate there. 10 15 minutes is already maximum.

Mr. Bahadır was always respectful, kind and helpful from the reservation stage to the check-in and from that moment to our check-out time. It was quick to respond to all our questions. She was always helpful. During the check-in, his father Mustafa Bey greeted us, helped us with our check-in and introduced us to the house and the surroundings. The whole family was friendly and helpful. Home, kitchen, bathroom, living room, everything was very clean. Everything seemed as if it had never been used before. The kitchen supplies were quite sufficient. We were satisfied. We recommend it to those who want to go.

We had been a guest of Ms. Sema before, but it was our first stay in this house. We're glad we got back together with him. When we come home, you can walk to the sea, but we preferred to go by car because we had children. The house is spotless and has all the necessary supplies, the patio is spacious, there are pomegranate and lemon trees in the garden, there is a very comfortable hammock where you can barbecue and watch the stars. Ms. Sema is very nice to communicate, kind and a helpful host in everything. We wanted to buy something from the locals, he left it all the way to our patio, he offered us the fruits in the garden. We had a very peaceful holiday for 1 week, thank you very much for everything.

Responsive and kind host. Nice apartment

We stayed in Tanju's house for 2 days! It is close to the sea and at the same time in the middle of the small village of Karaöz. From the second floor, the sweet and tastefully furnished house offers a small view of the sea. Tanju's loving mother surprised us with vegetables from her garden! Tanju himself is also a polite and very open person and answered all our questions immediately. I can recommend his accommodation to anyone.

My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, there are many bedrooms, everything is tidy, clean, everything we needed was there. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

We loved our stay at Berrin’s place! It was so peaceful, beautiful and calm - exactly what my family wanted for a vacation! The house is even better than in pictures: brand new and stylish, we loved amazing garden and barbecue area. Berrin is so lovely and helped us with suggestions where to go around Kemer, where to find local food markets and where to change cash at a great FX rate. Overall we loved our stay at Berrin’s place, definitely recommending it to and hope to come back some time! Thank you!

Ms. Özlem and her family were very friendly, humble and helpful people. She answered every question we had with urgency. The house was extremely clean, tidy, as in the exact photos and peaceful. Although we went to Olympos Adrasan side, it was our first time on the Karaöz side and it was definitely worth it. Thanks to him, we were also very pleased with the boat tour we found.
