The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A front and back porch with beautiful views to drink a cup of coffee, read a book or relax! Benham Schoolhouse

Take a quiet vacation at this fully renovated historical schoolhouse built in the 1800's. It offers an open floorplan with a loft area where the four twin beds are located *can be made more private by closing the barn doors. There is two full bathrooms, a large kitchen area, living space, dining space, and an open area we can set up to be used for craft activities or other activities upon request. It also has a Halo air purification system, stopping virus particles to travel through the HVAC.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in the basement level of the home. 1 private bedroom with an added massage chair to use at your convenience. Total of 2 separate sleeping areas when using the pull down Queen Murphy bed in living room. Your own kitchenette space, full bathroom and separate living room area with your own private entry through the backyard. You will have access to a hot tub area during your visit with a sitting area that's 420 friendly with fire pit.

It's comfortable, with oversized furniture and modern touches. The original staircase entrance is worth the climb to this cozy space. Walk to local boutiques, pubs, and restaurants. As you turn off the main road into our cabin's driveway, you will begin to understand why this is our hidden gem. Enjoy the coziness of a wood-stove in the winter or a crackling fire in seclusion in the summer- this little getaway cabin is sure to create fond memories. Maybe you will hear the horned owl at night or see an eagle while you kayak. Your adventure or a peaceful vacation awaits.

Madison Street Place

An entire older home nestled in a historic district with a beautiful view, quiet and private. Cozy for two, spacious for six. A lush backyard invites a rest on the deck. There are three upstairs bedrooms (two queen, one king) and full bath and a second full bath in the basement. A 4-block walk to a vibrant main street with lots of restaurants. The main floor has full kitchen, internet, living and dining rooms with a beautiful sunroom. There is no bed or bath on the main floor.

The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
