Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Telchac Puerto

I stayed last weekend and everything was excellent. The place was impeccably clean and very well located, just a few minutes from where I had to work. Although I only came to sleep, the air conditioning was key to resting well after the hot days. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a comfortable, practical and quiet space in Merida.

Very convenient location, easy access to most attractions nearby. The apartment is clean, and has a great rate.

Hanir's place is well located to getting around Mérida by car or bus, and is not far away from a number of shopping centres. The space was well equipped with different amenities and was clean & comfortable. And to top it off, Hanir was very responsive and super helpful, highly recommended!

The home is spacious and very well equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The pool and sundeck are so nice since Merida is so hot. The host provided a guide filled with local attractions and resources. I never had to contact the host because every single detail was either well prepared before our arrival or covered in the guide provided. By far this was the absolute best host we've rented with.

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

Everything is fine, but the room is lacking air

I really liked that they were always looking out for us. We had a problem with a lock and they responded quickly and fixed it so that we had no problems. I would stay again whenever I visit Merida without a doubt. And it has everything to make you breakfast/lunch whatever you want. 10/10 🫶🏻

Great stay. Small problem with check-in time but Abril was effective in communicating and offering to check out from the villa. The villa was perfect for a small group that had a wedding not far from the villas. Great pool, perfect beach club. Ideal house to share with its three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Very clean. Great value for money. We will keep this place to definitely come back. The only challenge is that without a car it's harder. Uber rarely comes and are hard to have. Certainly with a car it's a little more friendly. Thanks for our stay!

We loved our time at Louise’s home. It felt like we hit the Airbnb jackpot. It was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed during all our visits to Mérida. Everything was just as pictured, but even better in person. The location is perfect, very close to all the restaurants and La Plancha. You’ll be glad you stayed here!

The house is as shown in the photos. Because of the season we went, we had the pool totally to ourselves. At the entrance they provide you with trolleys to take your luggage and things to the villas. There is no noise. It is steps from the beach. The beach club was almost empty. In high season it must be fuller and I feel that it is very small for all the villas but everything was very pleasant. In front of the condominium there is a restaurant that opens every day where you eat very well and at a good price. If you are looking to get away from everything and be in a quiet place, it is an excellent option. The house has everything you need. We had a very pleasant vacation and we will definitely return.

Very nice accommodation and always very attentive to us, we would rent again. Highly recommended. There was only one issue with the electricity that went out for a few hours, but it was not the host's fault, but something external and it only happened once. However, he was always attentive. I highly recommend him.

Adam's place was perfect for the two of us. I really enjoyed our stay in Merida. Grab some groceries because the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. We made a hefty breakfast every morning and set out for our adventures. The pool was exactly what was needed after long, hot days walking around. Restaurant row (calle 47) was a few blocks away and across from the nearby Parque de la Plancha so it was nice not to have to use the car to go out for dinner. There's also uber in Merida. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom is the only room with air conditioner, and it works great with the ceiling fan, but be aware that the rest of the house gets really hot. We were fine with it, but we are from Texas and used to 100 degree weather, but we definitely used the fan that Adam had in the living room on high anytime we were in the house. I would totally stay at his place again. Thank you for creating a little haven in the city!

Wonderful location with the feeling that it feels like a private beach due to the peace of the surrounding area. All house areas are spacious and have that beach feel. The view from the master bedroom is awesome. Carlos is very helpful . Abel and his wife were always ready for what we needed . Villa Kakashki is a place you should visit if you want to have an unforgettable vacation.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property for a full month, accommodating both our families and our newborn — and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our extended stay. Ricardo was beyond helpful — incredibly kind, responsive, and always just a message away with any question we had. His hospitality made the entire experience seamless. The location is perfect — just steps from Calle 47 and only a few blocks from La Plancha, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and local spots. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Incredible apartment, very nice and comfortable, just like in the photos. It has many amenities, the kitchen is very complete, it has too many utensils. In the bathroom, they leave shampoo and soap, have enough towels and an iron for clothes. The air conditioning works great, in general everything works well except for a TV that really did not affect our stay. On the balcony there is a super comfortable chair to spend the afternoon there, and you can see the pool. The pool is very comfortable, it has a height of approximately 1.2 meters. The beach is 1-2 minutes walk, however, (at least for me) there is an unpleasant smell in the entrance area and the area there is not very "adaptable" to be in the sea. In conclusion, I highly recommend it, it's worth it.

Luis's place exceeded our expectations! It was well decorated and comfortable with a beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. Luis was friendly and helpful too.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

The apartment is in excellent condition and fully equipped for a family, the condominium is in perfect condition and the staff is very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend it for family stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Progreso at Alexis' flat. The flat has a stunning view, is spacious and is exactly as advertised. The parking spot dedicated to the flat was very helpful. Interacting with Alexis was very nice and easy. It's a good place to stay at and discover the hidden gem that Puerto Progreso is.
