Come and recharge your batteries in this charming little chalet located right on the peaceful Cabano River (swimmable), where small trout sometimes lurk. Perfect for a couple's stay. The chalet offers a closed bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed. Take advantage of the Wi-Fi to stay connected, or disconnect around an outdoor fire. A perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy the calm.

Enjoy the nature and beauty of our region in this beautiful place. Large private lot, surrounded by a forest near the St. Lawrence River with direct access to the beach within a 5-minute walk. We have a second identical chalet, Kabin 2 Kamouraska, nearby.

The Château de la Plage

The chalet is opposite the municipal beach of Dégelis, where there is the Pub de la Madawaska, a boat ride and a volleyball court. You will be charmed by its wonderful sunsets. Next to it is the municipal campsite, where it is possible to enjoy several facilities (swimming pool, paddling pool, games module, petanque court, access to cross-country skiing trails, snowshoes, fatbikes (under certain conditions and/or fees) and the bike path (Petit Témis).

Le Chêne is a unique property on the shores of Lake Pohénégamook, featuring a large 900 sq. ft. room for gatherings with family or friends. Enjoy a wooded property, a beautiful beach, and breathtaking lake views! Fully equipped: terrace, games, TV, BBQ, outdoor fireplace (wood provided), dock, hot tub, kayak, winter sledding, and option for ice fishing.
