Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tempe

This was our third stay at Colin’s place, and it never disappoints! While we usually visit as a family, this time my husband and I enjoyed a quick getaway to Scottsdale to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. Yes, June is hot—but the pool was perfect for cooling off during the day. In the evenings, we explored local restaurants and even tried our luck at a few casinos. Dominic’s Steakhouse was a fantastic choice for our anniversary dinner—great food and atmosphere! As always, Colin’s home was spotless, comfortable, and truly feels like our home away from home. He even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to mark the occasion—such a thoughtful touch. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our second time renting from this company and staying in these units and it has not disappointed! If you want clean, luxury, great location, walking distance to restaurants, this is your place! The community even has a pool that’s nice and refreshing! We will continue to stay here, thanks Dean!!!!

We loved this rental. I had my bachelorette with 7 girls total and it was perfect for us. Beautiful black and white interior. We brought a bunch of pink items to make the house more Bach friendly. We had a few minor issues, but Kyle was responsive and helpful. We loved this place. we followed rules but also didn't have to worry about neighbors as one house was on sale and the back of the house is an alley. So we were able to be Girls! Great stay! beautiful home!

This house was the perfect location for a Grand Canyon/Phoenix vacation. After our visit to the GC, the rest of our visit was enjoyed in this property. The pool table was the surprise highlight of my youngest daughter’s trip. My teenager said, “it was okay”, which is HIGH praise. We spent a hot afternoon lounging in the indoor pool. And the main living area is the place to be during sunrise. The kitchen was well equipped to meet our culinary needs. It was definitely large enough for my family of four. If I were to return to Phoenix, this house will be where I will stay.

Surpassed my expectations

We had such an incredible stay! It was truly beautiful! The backyard was amazing, such a beautiful view, the family loved it. We would definitely stay here again! Not to mention our host Luke, he gave some incredible recommendations and was very kind. 💜

The home was spacious and extremely well maintained. The grounds were simply beautiful and relaxing. It was the perfect place for our family to celebrate our son’s graduation from college. And it was inspirational for him to show what one could attain with hard work and dedication . It was a blessing for us . Thank you

Such an incredibly beautiful stay. The landscaping really shows off the dessert style of Arizona with even some birds and rabbits adding to the setting. The pool felt like an oasis in the center of it all, cooling me off from the intense heat. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone looking!

Our stay at Tatiana and Steve’s property was perfect. The house was exactly the way it was described and photos were accurate. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay beautiful house and great owners! House includes a lot of things for you to enjoy your time! I do not recommend forgetting anything ! As they will charge you a fee of $100 to ship your belongings

This place was amazing, they had everything shown and more. I had 11 guys total with me all of us had more than enough space for bathrooms and sleeping comfortably. Only thing to keep in mind is the strict noise policy which can be inconvenient.
