The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat. Exceptionally clean with the kitchen fitted out with everything that you would need for a self catering holiday if so desired. I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable and my mother had the double bed in the lovely large bedroom (the pictures do not do it justice). The flat is within two minutes walk to the beach and small town which has a nice selection of small restaurants and pubs (East Coast 5 was a favourite). Would definitely stay here again.

had the best getaway with my partner, the place was clean and made us feel like home the second we stepped in, it was wonderful and I would reccomend it to anyone who asks about it, short walk to town center which is then a direct link to the seafront, a refreshing change, definitely coming again

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

Lovely cosy flat with everything you needed with lovely surroundings. Julia was a great very friendly host very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay would recommend her flat as a great place to stay.

Jasmine cottage was a most wonderful place to stay! Shelly's attention to detail was much appreciated and it's clear to see why she is a superhost! We stayed here as 5 adults and a baby, it was the absolutely perfect space for us. Sarah and Ed were great hosts with helpful recommendations and very responsive. Very quiet peaceful location only a short drive from many of Suffolk’s beauty spots. Highly recommend.

me and my sister stayed here to celebrate my sisters birthday and Chloes cottage was absolutely the perfect choice, the whole place was stunning and was in such an ideal little village. the place was spotless and had everything we might have needed to enjoy our stay. Would highly recomend visiting Ickworth estate too which is only a 20 minute drive away!

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. The location is amazing and the area is so peaceful. The garden is an absolute sun trap. The property was so clean, the beds are really comfortable, lots of little extras that make it a complete home from home. We are already discussing our next visit, this will be a regular rental for our family, we love it.

A perfect place to stay in Bury St Edmunds. So handy to walk around the town and see the shops and the Abbey. The interior has a great theme with its colours and fittings. Super comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Sean even provided for our parking needs.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. Great weekend in Colchester visiting friends the flat itself is very clean and tidy I found it very quiet and peaceful in the evenings close to a large supermarket about 10 minutes drive from the town centre and about 30 minutes from the beach I would happily stay here again

We had a great stay. The flat was super, really clean with lovely furnishings. The secure off-road parking opposite the flat was brilliant bearing in mind you are in the centre of town. Definitely recommend this accommodation if you're looking to stay in BSE and we'd love to return in the future. Hosts were very responsive and provided good instructions and information.
