Holiday rentals with breakfast in Teramo

I had a wonderful experience with Mirco, kind and always ready to fulfill my requests. He had to wait for my arrival, several times postponed for some of my unforeseen events. Breakfast food, plentiful and for all tastes. Very pleasant temperature inside the property, despite the fact that there were 0° outside. Perfect bathroom and comfortable bed. Experience to renew if needed

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

the accommodation is centrally located, easy to reach and close to all the necessary amenities, including the Majella Park information center. The host Eleonora was very kind and helpful in giving us advice. The b&by is equipped as if you were at home. Highly recommended

We stayed 3 nights in Paola's place. Before leaving, he contacted us and gave us all the information on how to get there and on the check-in to be done independently. Upon our arrival, he delighted us with excellent desserts and everything we needed for breakfast (milk, coffee, biscuits, yogurt and much more). He also left us a bowl of water and some canned food for our furry friend. He also gifted us with an excellent bottle of wine. The house was super clean and tidy. Upon entering, one could smell the freshness of cleanliness. I have never found all these features in the previous facilities where I have been. Excellent attention to detail and customer care. Thank you Paola, we will definitely come back to see you.

What a great place to stay, Zita and Hugh where wonderful hosts. We were met and shown the place along with some history. We've been to this area about 9 time since 2011 and travelled to Capestrano many times but this was the first time we stayed in Capestrano. We use to only go to one restaurant in the town but now staying here we ended up going to four, all good. The location is really good for day trips to Sulmona, Popoli, Navelli, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio and if you get the chance Campo Imperatore for arrosticini. We were 2 couples and we loved the place, the amenities made the place feel like home, the kitchen fully equipped, the washing machine and large common area for eating and relaxing. We had other friends in the area who came over for a drink and they all loved it as well. Thanks Zita and Hugh for providing a wonderful place.

Simon and Chiara are great hosts, perfect communication, they waiting us later evening in the house, every day Chiara prepare and bring super breakfast, give to us a lot useful informations about trips. Apartment is clean, very cozy, with air conditioning - we need heating every day, was cold weather during the night. Finally view from the balcony is amazing, I never forgot morning coffee on this place. Definitely I can recommended this place, we would like come back. Thanks Chiara and Simon

Excellently place to stay in Sulmona! Graziano was a wonderful host. Walkable to so much. We felt perfectly safe. The area was fairly quiet. Everything we needed was there, great restaurants & local groceries. We will most certainly be back.

Serena was an excellent host, being responsive to our questions. The location was perfect in the centre of the village and the lovely large bedroom dominated the apartment.

It can't be more Italian. We lived 2 days in a beautiful villa from 1850 on a hill between the worth visiting Ascoli Piceno, a young lively city. and .. the Adriatic Sea, St. Benedetto. We dropped some plans to have as much time in the villa as possible. Leonardo and Vincenzo are extremely gracious and thoughtful hosts. And they made us feel free to move around the house and in the beautiful garden. We spent wonderful hours in the salon and on the spacious terrace where we even danced.. For friends of a time trip to the 19th century... We loved it. Thank you

We stayed with Paola for two weeks, using her B&B as a base from which to explore Abruzzo. Paola speaks little English. My wife and I speak less Italian. Translation apps on our phones worked well and communication was not a problem. Paola provided useful and accurate recommendations on places to eat. The B&B was exceptionally clean, the breakfasts were delicious and the views from our room and Paola’s gardens are spectacular. We used the fireplace twice. Both times it was cleaned and replenished with logs and kindling the very next morning. The B&B has been modernized in a way that does not to detract from the building’s character. For example, our room had thermostatically controlled radiant heat concealed behind ancient appearing walls. The plumbing is elegant and very modern. The lighting is a bit sparse. The B&B’s location is in an old hamlet of narrow streets that lies five miles up a narrow windy mountain road. if you love that sort of thing, as we do, it’s perfect.

Francesca and Francesco are very pleasant and accommodating hosts who make their guests feel comfortable from the start. The room was nice, and the architecture of the accommodation impressed us. Your hospitality was remarkable, and the good travel tips you gave us were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, so every day started perfectly. The fantastic view of the sea and the mountains made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely come back and can only highly recommend their accommodation!

Mariagrazia welcomed us with warmth and freedom into her kingdom in the company of beautiful friends Zoe Pippo and Albert/Elvis. The wind and peace have won us over, we will definitely be back with Gilda!

We so enjoyed our stay with Giulia and her family. They were wonderful hosts that made us feel right at home. Slept great in a comfortable bed. The best meal we had in Italy was a simple late "lunch" that Giulia made of homemade pasta, meats, cheeses, veggies, and sweet bread with delicious wine. Guilia provided great ideas of things to do in the area and her place felt like we were "locals" for the 3 nights we stayed. A fun standout, my husband loves gelato. Guilia recommended a place in a town near by. Not only was the drive absolutely beautiful (we took back roads) the gelato was delicious. I can't wait to go back and stay again. Highly recommend, only wish we could have stayed longer.

It’s safe to say, you will never stay at a better Airbnb than this - nor any hotel! Tamara, the view, the breakfasts, our private dinner (arranged on request), the pool (too cold for most people but not for British people), the animals, the wine, I don’t know where to start! If you’re thinking about staying here, or staying in the area, you cannot do better than this lovely place. We are both already thinking about how we can come back. Highly, highly recommended. We had a wonderful time in Ilguillares appartment. It was so close to the centre. It was very clean and warm. It is on the smaller side but suited us perfectly. Ilguilliare is so nice and helpful and delivers pizza cakes and biscuits regularly. Thank you so much Ilguilliare.
