The cottage is ideal for families or smaller groups. For even more relaxation, you will not find a TV - the space is created to enjoy the surrounding nature. The water in the building comes from a local source and may have a slight sulfur odor due to a small amount of sulfane. However, it is harmless to health - sulfan water is even used in spas.

Accommodation in a unique environment with year-round activities, a short trip to the Little Fatra, Great Fatra, Chočské vrchy, Tatras, but also a short trip to Orava Castle or Liptovská Mara. The large yard offers space for smaller children, who will find swings, a garden house with a sandbox and a slide. In the garden, there is space, for example, for badminton, or just a pleasant sitting in the grass. Protected parking directly in the yard and generous accommodation is perfect for one or more days of recreation.

New Apartment South terraces- with private jacuzzi

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

If you want perfect privacy and cottage like charming atmosphere in the centre of a small town then our little "cazinha" - chalet is the one you are looking for ... Everything is on walking distance including the Billa supermarket and some fine restaurants or bars. Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

Štúdio Helena v centre

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

K vašej spokojnosti sú pre vás pripravené dve apartmánové jednotky. V prízemí nájdete dve menšie izby, kuchyňský kút, kúpelňu s toaletou. Vo vstupnej hale možete po náročnej turistike využiť k odpočinku skromné posedenie. Tento priestor je určený pre 1-4 osoby.  Na prvom poschodí nájdete okrem obývacej izby s jedálňou a zariadenou kuchyňou, tri samostatné izby, v ktorých može pohodlne prebývať až 8 dospelých osob. Nájdete tu aj dve kúpelne s vaňou a sprchovým kútom.

For those seeking peace, silence and energy from nature, our cottage in the heart of Orava is the perfect choice. Ginger's fresh air will guarantee a restful night's sleep and appetite. Suitable for singles, couples, parties and families with children. In the winter, snow, in the spring hiking, escape from the heat in summer, colorful forests in the fall. Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

Apartment is a separate building in the common courtyard. It is situated in a centre of village. Vrátna valley is located cca 6km and Janošíkové diery cca 2-3 km. Near to apartment are bus station, grocery, restaurants Address: Vrátňanská cesta 1299. In the yard there are two houses. The first has number 475.

Accomodation in beautifull green nature, with hiking oportunities in near surround as also acces to spots arround of Zilina. You are welcome to use the painting tools and have a creative rest. COVID free= we are happy to provide UVC light cleaning after every Guest exchange!
