The house is at the top of the condominium, so it has a good climb. There are stairs and easements to facilitate and shorten the way, and they are a good option. For my group, the location was not a problem. Including it was good because it was further away from the noise of the carnival party. The house is beautiful, fantastic, very well-equipped. We were well received by Renata's son and we really liked the place of the house. Condomínio very quiet and with a very beautiful view. For those who like to go for a walk, it is not difficult to get to the feirinha. The house is very spacious and pleasant. Renata was relentless in communication. We went in 4 couples and served our group well. I would just like to make a reservation about the kitchen items because we miss some such as: trays, basins, rice drainer, grater, wine glasses, and a few more things. It may not be important for those who do not usually cook but I always use the kitchen a lot so I missed it.

From the first conversation, all the way out was perfect. Alceu was flexible in relation to check out, it was super attentive, he explained everything right, we had no problem. The house is very good, too beautiful!!! The living room is beautiful, the kitchen is too complete, the rooms are very large, with super comfortable bedding, all very clean. The huge bathrooms, all working perfectly. All well complete, with top gear! The swimming pool integrated with the barbecue area, with a wonderful view. Everyone fell in love with the house. It accommodates everyone well, with comfort for everyone in any room. Super quiet arrivals, without error. Pedimos ifood and arrived without a problem. Saimos for dinner, has options very close to the house (restaurants that were suggested by Alceo, and by the way are excellent). Everything perfect!!!

Kathy is a great hostess, her house is charming and very well located, very close to the famous fair, with a warehouse, bakery and restaurants very close by, being able to do everything on foot... It is also very close (by car) to sights such as Granja Comary and the Serra dos Órgãos National Park. The full Harry Potter decoration is one more detail, which made everyone amazed and the desire to return to another opportunity.

Very beautiful, tidy, clean house with utensils for the number of people it is intended to accommodate. The view is incredibly beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Very comfortable and everything working. To make it better, it could be pet friendly, it would certainly provide more joy to the trip and the length of stay would be longer.

Our impression was that the house has a quality that surpasses the photos, unlike what usually happens in other locations. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, environment with lots of green, and full of amenities, very well equipped. Rosane is an excellent hostess, very polite and attentive. There was a problem apparently in the water pressurizer before reaching the gas heater, but we understand that these are unexpected things that can happen, and Rosane will already act to solve. We hope to return one day to spend more pleasant moments in Teresópolis.

Vanessa is an excellent host, always very helpful and responded to messages very quickly! The flat is exactly as in the photo, located in the best condominium in the region, which has wonderful infrastructure! We only stayed one night but the accommodation was wonderful! Clean bed and bath linens, tidy room and impeccable bathroom! It's definitely worth the cost benefit!

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
