Inside there are two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 in one and 140x200 in the other), air conditioning, heating and televisions also equipped with satellite antenna (at the time of the photos were not yet present), two bathrooms equipped with shower, a large and elegant living room also furnished with Sicilian details, equipped with a double sofa bed (exploitable on request with an additional cost of 20 euros per person) and screen, also equipped with air conditioning and TV, communicating through a large opening with the kitchen area equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, a table for breakfast and anythingelse necessary to make you feel at home; there is also a laundry room equipped with laundry, so as to comfortably allow even long stays. The large furnished terrace with umbrella is ideal for spending pleasant moments. Location: ten minutes from the central station and the taxi stop, located in the heart of the historic center, between Via Maqueda and Via Roma, a few steps from some of the main monuments of the city, including: Piazza Pretoria, the church of Martorana and that of Santa Caterina, the Four Songs (crossroads of ancient Palermo), the Cathedral and the Royal Palace, to name just a few of the beautiful monuments that are part of the Arab-Norman route ( recognized UNESCO heritage). The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!
