The contemporary villa is set in one hectare of private, gated land with olive trees. Overlooks the Adriatic sea and the entire length of the south coast of Abruzzo. The house is composed of one main building (1 double bedroom with toilet, kitchen and living room) and an annexed house (we call it "the cube") with two fully equipped and independent suites (each with 1 double bed and a single bed). The best beaches can be accessed very easily either walking (beach right below, 10min) or driving.

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
