We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The flat was very nice—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great week, the accommodation is very well located with a beautiful beach within walking distance and not crowded. Other beautiful beaches are quite close by car with free parking and few people too (which is rare in Sardinia). Good restaurant nearby. Very well equipped, the accommodation was also extremely clean! We had everything we needed for our 6-month-old baby and despite the exceptional heatwave in June, the air conditioning worked very well. The welcome was very warm and family-like despite the language barrier, we really appreciated the kindness of our hosts. Thanks!

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

We loved it at Casa Alma. Barbara is a friendly and warm hostess. The house is small but nice. Everything you need is there and we felt comfortable right away. The large terrace is fantastic. The direct access to the beach is awesome. Especially with children, the proximity to the beach is a great advantage. Everything else you need (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher, ice cream shop, etc.) is also within walking distance.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Beautiful house just steps to the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

Our vacation in Elmira's house was very nice! The accommodation was very clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Communication with Enrico worked smoothly, Enrico was very nice, always available and responded very quickly. The beach Sa Ruxi is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes and Villasimius is also a few minutes away by car. The accommodation looks bigger in the photos, which did not bother us. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

The stay was very nice overall. Communication was mainly through the host's son, who speaks English very well and gave us helpful tips on activities and restaurants in the area. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is large and clean, and the view was very nice. For the host, it was okay that friends also visited us at the pool. A note for dog owners: Our uncastrated male and the free-running female on the property were difficult to separate from each other, which led to some effort. However, after consultation with the host, a solution could be found.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Villa Tore is great. The house is quietly located, near a small pebble beach. From Villa Tore you can easily explore the area and visit nice beaches. The house is fully equipped. The electricity and air conditioning could use an upgrade, but this did not bother us. The garden has lots of cosy spots to chill. Alice welcomed us very friendly and even filled the fridge with treats for us. She was always there for us if we had any questions. I can highly recommend Villa Tore.

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating holiday. We look forward to coming back! Very nice place, lovely beaches with great eateries. Bring swimming shoes! There is only 1 stone-free beach, but never too difficult in terms of stones. The night boat from Genoa to Sardinia and back: not to cut back! Again; Sardinia is large, but within a radius of 60 km you see a lot. Enjoy the beach and eat locally. Ivo always helps, fast and good.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Antonella and Alessandro were always friendly and helpful. The apartment is practical and modern and the kitchen lacked nothing, even for the grill there were grill utensils. The beds were comfortable, the house is great for 2 adults and possibly 1-2 children. The garden and the garden furniture are beautiful. The view of the bays is priceless. Depending on the wind, you could hear music from a larger hotel in the bay - a pity, but this has probably been increasing in Sardinia in recent years. The additional beach utensils (parasol and 3 beach chairs) were great! You can walk to a small, beautiful house beach. We also walked to Cala Porta Giunico and to Punta Molentis ... here the path is the destination. In Villasimius, you could easily rent bicycles and explore the wider area. We would be happy to come back or recommend this accommodation.

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.
