There is a car road all the way up to the cabin throughout the year, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for trips in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountain areas. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail just behind the cabin, and you can take on alpine skiing just outside the cabin door and run to the alpine resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm. The first floor is preserved as it was when the house was built, while the second floor is renovated securing our guests a comfortable stay. Welcome to farm!

The Mollabu cabin is unique with its amazing location and great views. Vågå is the gateway to Jotunheimen. Do you like mountain hikes? Only a short drive to both Krossbu, Leirdalen and Gjende. Here you can relax after your trip, while enjoying the tranquility and atmosphere of my farm. The place has charm and is homey, cozy and comfortable. Idyllic old farmhouse in a scenic area in the middle of Peer Gynt's kingdom. A unique place near Rondane and a hiking eldorado with high mountains and short distance to several fishing waters. This is an undeveloped, old mountain farm where you can really find peace and quiet and recharge your batteries.
