We just stayed one night at the appartment on our way home from England. But if you want to stay longer in Duinkerke this is a good choice. Frederico is a kind and responsive host. Free parking in the neighbourhood, close to the beach and facilities. The appartment was clean and looked like the photos.

I was there with my wife and 12-year-old daughter during the Pentecost holidays. Apartment with 2 balconies as described in the pictures in the advertisement. Kitchen fully equipped and everything you need is in it. The direct beach location is outstanding. The parking space for the car, which can be reached via a garage/underground car park with 2 radio-controlled sectional doors, is also practical. We had 3 bikes and a bike carrier with us. We were able to park them dry and safely in the garage. This garage on the ground floor has 2 doors to the elevator, which leads to the apartment on the 2nd floor. The keys and the hand transmitter for the gates are obtained via clear instructions by message in key boxes secured with number codes. Good Wi-Fi and TV. My above-mentioned "female companions" were very satisfied with my choice. As is well known, this is not always easy to achieve😉. This apartment with sea and dune view is highly recommended. We had a lovely stay. The apartment is roomy and cozy, very clean. It is also well located, and the parking for the car is very convenient. Communication with Sylvain was easy and pleasant.

Nice, fairly new apartment in an old building. When you walk into the building, you don't expect such a new apartment. It is all brand new, functional and clean. Outside the terrace is also nice. The neighborhood is reasonably neat, and you can walk to the ports and shops, so it is very central.

I had a good weekend at Benoît and Aline's. I travel a lot, the location of the accommodation is well arranged, not far from the sea, restaurant, for lovers it is impeccable.

We arrived at the accommodation on Friday - after a traffic jam around Antwerp. I had overlooked that Tine had sent another photo of the entrance, but Bruno welcomed us and guided us to the right driveway. We were received in a very friendly manner. Everything important was explained. Communication was also great in the run-up. The accommodation fully corresponds to the description and the attached photos. The apartment is beautifully and cozily furnished. Everything you need is available. The beds are really comfortable...that's not always the case. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can really take good care of yourself. The location in the dunes is also great. Less than 2 minutes' walk to the beach. All in all, we had wonderful, relaxing and sunny 5 days. We made excursions to Nieuwpoort, Veurne and Ostend, had a picnic in the dunes and simply had a great time as a couple or as a foursome. We all liked it. Gladly again!

Greta views, clean and spacious appartement, it couldn't be closer to the beach - and in the very cold Dunkirk nights the heaters were working really well too! I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Caroline's apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with many appliances; it is fun to cook there. Caroline was very friendly to us and gave us many tips. Since we were at the time of the lilac blossom in the Villa Les Lilas, we had a very nice view of the courtyard. We thank Caroline and would like to stay with her again.

This flat was super clean and there was nothing to complain about! We were exactly 2 Minutes away from the beach ! Absolutely worth the amount that we paid ! 100% Recommended to everyone!!! Special thanks also to Anne-Helene for being so kind!

Beautiful and very romantic suite! Perfect for an excellent relaxing and peaceful time as a couple. 😌 The decor, bottle of champagne and aperitif tray are extra but very affordable and it makes the evening even more unique and wonderful!
