Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Beautiful view and river access. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee.

Designed to connect with the natural systems of a special place, Chertecho sits among the trees on a 5-acre rocky slope overlooking the Pedernales River Valley. An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. Glass walls open to the wooded slopes of Big Hill, a ridge separating the Pedernales and Guadalupe watersheds halfway between Comfort and Fredericksburg. A place to unplug, and reconnect.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. True Texas experience in the barn at a small ranch. See one of the biggest steers in the world at 13.5 long.. Stay in a luxurious loft in the barn constructed with whitewashed shiplap and rustic timbers. Big oversized windows and view the stables and pasture. The oversized cowboy bathtub is a converted water trough. This space features an open floor plan that includes 2 queen plus 1 twin size beds, a kitchenette and entertainment center.
