Ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and greenery, the accommodation is 20 minutes from Montpellier, 15 minutes from Sommières, 45 minutes from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and Nîmes. For swimming, the beaches are 30 minutes away (Carnon, Plalavas, Grande-Motte), the Gorges de l'Hérault are 45 minutes away and lakes are nearby.

Private entrance, no adjoining wall with the villa A terrace with table under the pergola is reserved for you. bed linens are available. This is not a studio, so there is no real kitchen or sink. However, the space at the back is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes. Sugar, tea, coffee capsules available.

You will enjoy quiet nights in a residential area, being only 25 minutes walk from the heart of Montpellier (Place de la Comedie). This modern space with wooden beams and a lot of light was planned by a local architect. Take a rest in our queen-sized bed (160 cm) and enjoy your stay.

Located in Sussargues in Hérault, in the heart of the vineyards and the Garrigues, 25 minutes from Montpellier and the beach, in a small village with all amenities, this studio will make you travel thanks to its decoration. The studio is attached to our house where we live with our 2 children. Pleasant pool, treated with salt, out of sight. Garden and large terrace.

A small outdoor area in our garden is reserved for you. It enjoys good accessibility to public transportation (tram - 3 minutes' walk) , downtown (10 minutes' walk), sea (15 minutes' drive), and all amenities.
