It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! There is also a gas fire pit and a outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Come make a wonderful family memory or bring your best friends for a weekend get away. Swimming Pool close October to May each year. No Parties, unless approved before booking.

The house is 4225 square feet heated/cooled set on 7 acres 20 minutes to Ole Miss and all the amenities of Oxford. 15 minutes to New Albany or Pontotoc and 40 minutes to Tupelo. Seasonal pool is open June 1st-August 31. (Garage access is NOT included)
