The balcony is a great place to wine down while looking at the beautiful trees of Avenida Veracruz in front of you, or the city's oldest fountain to your left. Fully-equipped kitchen with all essentials and extra goodies for you to enjoy. Comfortable bathroom with good-pressure rain shower, and hot water. Additional services are offered which can be arranged after your reservation is confirmed. These include: daily cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning, meal prep, driver, and others. Just tell us what your needs are and we'll make sure to accommodate them! You'll be in a unique, comfortable apartment located in one of the prime areas of this city, right where Condesa meets Roma, surrounded by main transportation accesses. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is accessed by a private entrance. This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

This area is known for its beautiful tree-lined streets, great restaurants, cafes, shops of all kinds and galleries. The neighborhood is central because it is easy to get to several interesting areas such as La Roma, Polanco and Escandón. This area is also known for its family and bohemian atmosphere experienced every day on its streets. The apartment is located on the second floor above Café Toscano where you can enjoy a great breakfast included. On the roof you can enjoy a sensational view towards the treetops. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom. Cleaning service is also included There is a shared rooftop where guests can enjoy a great view to the park and sit down to work or hang out. I am available 24/7 through the app or WhatsApp to answer any questions from guests. Quiet, wooded area full of restaurants, cafes, parks and galleries. The best option to get around the area is walking, biking or Uber.

From this centrally located accommodation the whole group can have easy access to everything. You have privacy and the building is very safe since we count very spacious apartment, two bedrooms with double bed, full bathroom, hand washing area, living room, and a small breakfast, basic kitchen. My apartment is on a 4 floor because what you should climb stairs will be your sport in your stay, the building has 24 hour surveillance so the place is safe and quiet.
