Welcome to my lovely home and your next stay! Your large loft room (5.6m x 2.7m) is on the top floor of a beautiful three storey Victorian house on a quiet street. Spotlessly clean, recently decorated and recarpeted. You have a king size bed with luxury feather duvet and pillows. You have your own bathroom so the whole top floor is for your sole use. You have access to the kitchen/diner (recently extended since photos) and patio/garden. Good for business travellers, couples and solo visitors.

Bright & comfy Forest room king sized bed

Our place is a 10 minutes stroll to transport which gets you into central London within 30 minutes. We are next to Epping Forest for fabulous walks. A hop away to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Spurs football stadium and Lea Valley. You’ll love our place because it's a spacious, clean and friendly. We are close to country side yet a hop away to central London. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are just outside the ULEZ zone check TFL website.

A special space to stay in a one of a kind apartment within this Grade 2 Listed Manor House surrounded by Epping Forest and yet still accessible to Central London by train. Beautifully modernised and extremely clean 2 double bedroom accommodation set within a shared home. Your rooms are located on the first floor and comprise of a large private bathroom, separate full kitchen, and two double bedrooms. The 1st floor landing is shared with only one other person who lives above, (mostly away on business, so you may not see him at all.) Myself and my daughter live downstairs and therefore do not go upstairs while we have guests as we highly value your privacy. :)

Fresh room in house. Location has good transport links, several buses nearby with Wood Street rail station a few minutes walk away taking you to Liverpool Street in 19 minutes. House is on a quiet street, just a short walk (10/15mins) to the famous Walthamstow Village and Walthamstow Central underground station. In 35mins you could be at Westfield Stratford, Oxford Circus and several other London destinations. Wifi and basic amenities provided. An affordable place suitable for single guest

An apartment outbuilding with 24hr access. There is a king sized bed and an en-suite shower/toilet, TV, heater, a small fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee facilities. Towels, bedding and hairdryer provided. Located north east London (zone4). Closest night tube is Walthamstow/Woodford. Stansted is a £45. pre-booked. Underground trains run 24hrs Friday & Saturday (this may vary due to Covid restrictions) Our dog Poppy also shares the garden, she is friendly but may bark at you.

A modern flat. Quiet and secure with a very relaxed atmosphere. The perfect place if you just want to get your head down. Unable to accommodate anyone who wants to stay home all day (it’s a small place) and please note too, there’s no use of the kitchen (hence the low price). Danann and Tara were both very welcoming and made me feel right at home. Their place has a lovely atmosphere and was a really comfortable space to relax in. They were happy to share lots of helpful local knowledge too. The location is super convenient, with great transport links—especially being so close to the Victoria Line. I’d definitely stay again if I’m working in the area!

This stay was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The space was modern, spotless, and I had the entire top floor to myself, which made it feel extra special and private. The shower was amazing—easily one of the best I’ve had in any Airbnb. It really added a luxurious touch to the stay. What truly made the experience stand out was the host and their lovely family. They were so sweet, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Communication was smooth and thoughtful throughout. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting London!

This home and Emma are perfect for some peace away from a busy world. its perfectly located just off the motorway, i could get there easily and leave effortlessly. Thank you to Emma and poor Cooper all tucked away for me. Rhe stairs up are good exercise but not strenuous at all! Emma had a array of tea to offer and some lovely conversations were had in my very short time there. Thank you for letting me stay in your home 🏡 ❤️

Amazing place with super comfortable bed, warm shower in the private bathroom. The host Gocke made us feel super comfortable and right at home from the first minute 😌🌷 The neighborhood is really peaceful with some restaurants and pubs around, supermarket is right next door and it is super easy to get to to the central London ✨
