Lovely family stay, great sized pool, everything was provided and looked like the pictures. Beautiful views from the balcony area, great to have breakfast with the multiple seating areas. Beautiful home, Connie is an amazing host and has thought of everything that is needed for a great stay.

As the organiser for a group of Golf friends I booked the accomadation. I have stayed at Emu Park before for different events but not in an Airbnb. The house was well presented very clean with everything you could possibly need. Not only was this suitable for our purpose it would also be great for a family to rent. Loads of room. If I had 1 observation it would be another bathroom would be handy but not essential. To cold to use the pool but it looked lovely and clean. The price was resonable split between 4 of us. Thanks to Amanda's house our stay was awesome.

Had a great stay at Karen’s place for Christmas. The house had everything we could need and Karen was great to communicate with. Was great to have the pool in the heat to. Would definitely like to stay again for our next trip.

Most beautiful and relaxing air bnb I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Amazing Host always communicates and goes above and beyond. Had my 40th ladies only weekend and we all felt right at home. Sooo much to do relaxing and away from town but not that far it is only 5min drive to Yeppoon central. Didn’t want to leave that’s how amazing this home was. And yess us ladies went on the slide and that swimming pool was beautiful. I will definitely be back with my family. A++++ Highly Recommend to everyone this is a must stay.

Great place to stay. Walking distance from the local hotel for meals. Easy parking for our boat and only a couple of kms from Roslyn Bay boat ramp. Huge TV and swim/spa. Will book again next year.

We were so happy that we managed to find this wonderful property. There were nine of us and we found the amenities perfect for our needs. Two kitchens, fully stocked with high end products; comfortable furniture and enough bathroom facilities. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house.

This house is amazing!!!! We were in Yeppoon with our family celebrating a special birthday. The house accommodated us all very comfortably. The outdoor spaces allowed for us to gather with our friends and share food and laughs together. You will not be disappointed if you get the chance to stay in this amazing home. Enjoy ☺️

Loved my stay here! The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and safe. The space itself was super cozy and well-kept, with all the essentials for a comfortable visit. Great vibes all around. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Unbelievable, this place is even better than the photos. Sarah is amazing host and great person to deal with. Weather wasn’t the best for us but this home overcompensated for that and my family including 2 grandkids had a holiday they will never forget. I can’t recommend highly enough, we will be booking again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We loved being so close to the beach and so did our dogs. It was a beautiful house to sit on the deck and watch the sun set. We had a wonderful stay thank you so much

Justin's beach house was wonderful. The water views were amazing and it's located near an amazing amount of cafes, restaurants and shops. It was also fairly easy to access the beach. The house is located mid-way up a fairly steep hill which is great when going down but not so fantastic when trying to get up the hill. Otherwise, everything else is wonderful.

We have stayed in air bnbs all over Australia and with young kids it’s hard to find one family friendly and safe for young ones and this one was one of the first that allowed us to fully relax. Furnished pretty to make it feel like home. It’s a quick walk to an amazing beach, fantastic neighbours and has everything you need! Less than 15m from Yeppoon this is such a beautiful spot.

This beautiful gem by far exceeded my expectations, it has everything you need well equipped with all your essential items and was well suited for my family of 5, myself, my partner & 3 young children. You will not be disappointed with a great pool in the yard to cool off and the playground for your little ones to enjoy. The location was great as it’s close to everything you’ll need, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, & servos. The hosts are absolutely great and was quick to answer any queries I had during our stay. Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back again!

perfect house perfect location lovely and clean.... kaye was very easy to communicate with it was a pleasure staying at this lovely house...walking distance to pubs and cafes just perfect...loved the lounge only problem it was hard to get off the lazy boy...will be back

Private, peaceful surrounds, gorgeous horses, well maintained property and home and pet friendly. Great internet connection through starlink. This was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great spot to unwind. 10 minutes to beautiful Emu Park and beaches. Such a perfect location for a memorable holiday

Great place to stay. Beach access just around the corner:I enjoyed sunrise there. We really love the environment area: enjoyed the pool game. What really impressed me is the food left for us. On the time we arrived we were so hungry and was about to go shopping,but we just made fried eggs with bacon that John left for us. This was a really generous gesture. Also pantry looks amazing. So we'll organised and fridge full of cold drinks was also really great things to have! Close to main town area, just 5 min drive. We would love to return one day. Thank you John for impressive hospitality!
