Ivanna’s place was the perfect location for our family! Close to Siesta Key, yet in a private, quiet neighborhood. We loved the lush landscaping, and how well laid out the interior was. It was spotless! Our family also enjoyed the screened in porch and pool in the backyard in addition to that incredible cappuccino machine. I slept so well! Will definitely be staying again!

Kristina’s home was fabulous with an incredible water view. We saw dolphins swimming right at the sea wall. It was a very relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and the grill was a plus! Our toddler loved the pool and all the beach toys! We enjoyed the location and quick access to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying again!

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

Probably one of the best locations around. 2 minute walk to all the major restaurants, shops and grocery store. 5 minute walk to beach. Our teenagers enjoyed the spacious place with having their own rooms and bathroom to share. Hot tub was nice on the cooler rainy evenings to relax in. The place was as described though a bit more worn in then the pictures showed but still a nice place to rest in the evening, sleep and cook up breakfast before spending the day at the beach.

Book this immediately! This house is a beautiful, peaceful, tropical oasis that is close to the beach and restaurants. After a day at the beach, the private pool is a great escape. Claudia was very responsive and kind, she answered any questions we had. We were provided with a great starter pack of house items so we could start relaxing right away!

Wonderful, very clean home in the siesta key area. Larger than most Airbnbs - has five actual bedrooms plus 5 full baths. Would definitely accommodate a larger group. Siesta Key beach is a 5-10 min drive away - note that there is a beach access in walking distance, but it’s more of a sandbar better for fishing. James reached out both before and during our trip to check in, which I appreciate. My family and I would definitely stay here again

Hesitant to share how great it was because we will be back! The house is in a great location, feels like home, and had anything we could possibly need. Short drive to Siesta Key and several great beaches. Kitchen was perfect for cooking at the house. Pool was perfect for evening swims and the backyard had plenty of room for a game of catch.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable trip. The pool was absolutely amazing—clean, private, and perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. The location was great too—close to the beach, restaurants, and local markets. Mario was an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. He made sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed from start to finish. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having a great experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Sarasota. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Mario!

This is our 3rd time staying here and I plan to keep going back. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. The location is perfect! It’s our favorite vacation spot!

Such a perfect escape for a family or a group of friends! The backyard feels like you’re in a private tropical paradise. There are so many amenities in this home you barely need to leave! On days you want to hit the beach, it’s only about 10-15 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island - very convenient location. This was one of our favorite rentals which is well documented by all the photos we took throughout the home - swimming in the pristine pool with the waterfall and fire features glowing, playing golf, watching movies in the theatre, sun bathing on the real sand beach with tiki hut, beautiful loungers and so much more! We already have ideas about the different groups of friends we want to share this property with! Such a score and the hosts are delightful too!!

Solen was an amazing host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She even brought us a brand-new can opener when we needed one! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

This place is AMAZING! We felt so safe in the great location and the home was stocked! We had everything from soap to shampoo, along with tons of beach towels, chairs, and everything else in between. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were immaculate. We are Airbnb hosts ourselves, and this exceeded our expectations. So cozy, cute, and they even had fresh mangoes dropping off the tree in the backyard! This was a 10/10! We had another places booked, but at the last minute switched to this home- BEST decision. Don’t wait to book it! Such a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were friendly and responsive. It was so nice we didn’t need to pack our own pack n play for our trip to celebrate our daughter’s bday. They provided a pack n play, high chair, and toddler plates/utensils. The pool and backyard patio areas were great places to relax and stay cool from the heat. They provided more than enough towels for our group- both pool and beach essentials. We really enjoyed our stay!

Phyllis' "comfy and quaint" home in Sarasota truly lived up to its name. The outside of the home was beautifully landscaped and had a conveniently attached carport. The decor inside was fun and inviting. There were lots of areas to sit throughout the home- including a screened in porch/dining area. The kitchen was well-stocked and also had a juicer that was fun to use. The home was within walking distance of multiple local shops and restaurants, including the delicious "Mirna's Cuban Cuisine." The best part is that it was only a 15 minute drive to St. Armand's Circle and Lido Key Beach which is where the majority of our time was spent. Phyllis provided a few beach items which were so convenient- in addition to towels, there was a Bogg beach bag, a cooler, a sand mat, and now we have added to the collection with some boogie boards for the next guests. Phyllis was great about communicating with us and very kind. We would highly recommend staying here!

This was, by far, the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, well stocked, comfortably decorated, and so convenient. Additionally, Andy does a handful of very personal touches … fresh flowers, coffee for the week, candy and snacks, a few condiments, spices and cooking oils, and a chilled bottle of wine … all things that most hosts just don’t bother with … but, truly made me feel welcome, from the moment I walked in. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, including a whisk, good knives, vegetable peeler, sandwich baggies … etc! We went to beautiful local beaches everyday … and then enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. It truly was an amazing week … and I’m already looking forward to a return visit. Thank you Andy! 😊

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. This home is super clean, well styled, and spacious. The backyard oasis is amazing - very private and quiet. The location is great; the home is close to all amenities as well as the beach. Communication with the host was exceptional. Dana is super responsive and very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend booking this home!

This home is well- maintained and has lovely outdoor spaces. The artwork in the home was unique and fun, not cookie-cutter or generic. I loved that. The amenities were just what was needed to prepare meals or enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with friendly neighbors. Overall, this is a great location and property.

Bettina has a lovely home and it’s close to all beaches. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet! Very relaxing. Bettina is proactive, friendly and very responsive. She made check in and check out very easy and is always asking for help. I can see why she’s a super host! I would recommend for a peaceful getaway close to the beaches.

We had an amazing time at Happy Home. The pool and screened in patio were highlights for our family. The backyard was a little oasis. We appreciated how organized the house was with labels on lighting, kitchen draws, and cabinets. The binder with house reminders and local recommendations was helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and pots, pans, dishes. The dedicated office space was helpful since my husband was working remotely. I also loved all the original artwork and beautiful lighting. Happy Home is walking distance to a few local restaurants and a super cute cafe/used book store, Shelf Indulgence. The little beach in the bay is a super close walk and made going to watch the sunset and see boats easy and relaxing. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.
