This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

Exceptionally clean, beautiful view, and close to Snow Canyon State Park. Used this as our base for day trips to Zion, Bryce, etc. The amenities, community pool and gym, were great perks as well. Walkable to a wonderful coffee shop. Will certainly stay here again if in the area.

This is our second time back and it won’t be our last! Private lil pool weekend escape. Just what needed!

Timber and Tin is a great choice to stay at in Kanab. The cabin we stayed in (B) was very nice. Clean, open, comfortable and airy with lots of windows to take in the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Not to mention the rooftop deck that also provides incredible views and is great for stargazing at night. The grounds are beautiful too - well maintained with lots of beautiful plants. Also has a great pool for relaxing in when you're having some downtime from exploring nearby Zion and Bryce. Will definitely recommend to anyone planning on visiting Bryce & Zion and looking for a nice place to stay that isn't a hotel.

Great stay. Perfect place for our girls trip. Very conveniently located to shopping, dining, and all the places we explored. Also very comfortable for the times we hung out at the house. Beautiful house, though a couple of practical things missing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place.. Beautiful surroundings

We were so happy with our choice of locations while visiting Zion. Virgin UT is close to the park but far enough out to allow for very little congestion. The house is situated on a very quiet street with views to take your breath away. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor grill and appreciated the cleanliness upon arrival. Our family would definitely recommend this house and its friendly owner, Carol.

The place was very clean, no weird odors or any negative surprises. The location was great and the host did everything she could to make our stay great! it's definitely one of the best air bnb we have stayed at and highly recommend it!

Leslie was an amazing host she made sure to reach out prior to arrival and then again before departure. There are no words that can truly embrace the peacefulness and beauty of the atmosphere of the house.

Richard’s “Oasis in the desert”. Is very beautiful inside and out. The house is very tastefully decorated and furnished. Sparkling clean and comfortable. The backyard is very large, beautifully landscaped - like having your own private park to completely relax in as well as enjoy the awesome red mountain backdrop. And Richard really is a super host! Very responsive and enjoyable to interact with. This was a return visit for us with more future returns whenever we have a chance to come back to the awesome St George area! We really can’t say enough nice things about our experiences regarding this home and the host.

Amazing host- absolutely beautiful home

CheyAnne was an amazing host. The place was amazing and incredibly relaxing. Super refreshing trip that allowed us to feel private and comfortable.

Alan and Deanne’s little rustic house was such a peaceful and refreshing getaway! The home was spotless and incredibly well-kept — you can tell they care deeply about creating a welcoming space for their guests. It had that perfect blend of charm and comfort, with cozy touches throughout that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the binder Alan put together, full of local recommendations — it was so helpful! From nearby hikes to restaurants and hidden gems, it made planning each day super easy and fun. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and thoughtful retreat surrounded by nature, this is it. Thank you, Alan and Deanne, for such a beautiful stay!

We loved everything about this stay. We will absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Zion.

Man - if you are going to go to Zion this is the place. Super close to the Davis grocery and 10 minutes from some great pizza.

Matthew’s place was absolutely fabulous! The highlight was definitely the pool and slide — they provided unlimited entertainment for everyone. We were having so much fun that we never even got around to using the gaming systems or the pool table. The stereo system was a great touch, adding amazing ambience to our pool time, and we loved that the music could be heard throughout the entire house. You truly won’t want for anything while staying here. Don’t bother packing coffee, tea, a blow dryer, or any of the usual essentials — the house is so thoughtfully stocked, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. One of our favorite nightly traditions was roasting s’mores around the fire pit — the kids absolutely loved it! Matthew was also incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. We had the most wonderful stay. Honestly, the only downside was having to leave.

Chad's house was great. It was in a good location to visit Zion and Brice Canyon. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking - dishes, pans, utensils, spices, etc.

The place really is luxurious! Interestingly located within distance of Zion and Bryce Canyon national park, our family of 7 had a great time in this very pleasant, super clean and well decorated villa. The surroundings are quiet and private, which was highly appreciated. We felt right at home, and we would definitely recommend!

As a Potterhead, I was thrilled with the place. As a picky guest, I was still thrilled! Comfy beds, clean everything, and gorgeous master bath. The decor was super fun. My kiddos LOVED finding all the different potion labels and stuff from the movies. Would definitely recommend for a small family.

Everything looked exactly like the pictures and was centrally located to lots of shops and places to eat. It was an easy and short drive to Zion, plus we were able to make a day trip to Bryce Canyon. I definitely plan on going back.

Very cool place with a huge pool!

The place is very comfortable, and the location is great for access to restaurants and as a base camp for the three National Parks in the vicinity. Host is very responsive.
