Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in The Rocks

Quaint townhouse perfect for our short stay. Less than 5min walk from the bus and less than 10min walk from the train. For those who use a wheelchair, please note it is not wheelchair accessible. Otherwise, it was great and the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful!

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

The Bondi Beach, Tamarama, Bronte beach area is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. After spending a week running all over Sydney, I’m so glad we stayed here instead of downtown or near the Opera House. We felt like we got a more authentic experience. Charlotte’s house has billionaire views in a cozy, easy to use place right on one of the best beach trails I’ve ever experienced. 5 of 5, I’ll dream of my next chance to stay here.

I loved my stay at the Barn in paddington. Chantal was extremely helpful and even met me at check in to explained everything in detail. The place is very tastefully decorated and had everything I needed for my stay, and was walking distance to everything Paddington has to offer!

I had a lovely stay at Ben’s cottage in Darlinghurst! It was cute and cosy and in a prime location close to restaurants and only a short walk into the city. Would highly recommend staying here! Thanks for being a great host, Ben!

In addition to being well equipped, Don’s place offered extras like tea, coffee, milk and cereal, and a well furnished kitchen. Don was super responsive, very flexible re checkout, storing our luggage, and always available. The apartment was quiet but in a lively area. Really enjoyed our stay.

Alexi took care of us during our stay. The apartment is clean and we felt right at home. Super central location, with the train station right in front of the building.

We had such an amazing stay that exceeded our expectations. This place actually looks BETTER than the photos, which is hard to come by these days. It was cozy, clean, luxury and felt so homey. Would really recommend staying here.

My husband loved his stay at Thais's place. The space is beautiful and airy, with thoughtful touches like proper kitchen knives, good reading lamps and the location was superb. Thais was also a responsive, friendly and thoughtful host. Highly recommend this spot!

This AirBnb is even better than the photos/description! I stayed here for a month with my partner and we absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is exactly as photographed yet even better in person somehow. It’s super modern, close to Redfern station and a great location to stay if you’re looking to explore Sydney. What made our stay all the more the comfortable was our fantastic host: every time we asked for something, such as more toilet paper/shower gel, we received an immediate, friendly response and all of our requirements were met. She was also lovely & friendly in person and made us feel at home. I honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer at this AirBnb as we were sad to leave this beautiful apartment. This lovely, spacious apartment boasts a stunning 180-degree view of the city and harbor. It is conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. The fireworks view is fantastic.

Ghassan was extremely responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Bathroom was on the smaller side but water pressure was good with hot water. Very near to Broadway shopping centre (5-6 min walk), which has a Coles, food and shopping.

Marshall’s place was a perfect base. The place was in an unbeatable location and even better than the pictures. We stayed in winter and were worried that it may be cold due to typical terrace house insulation but it was very well insulated and had ducted air con which heated the place well. We stayed over a week and we felt right at home.

Great location. The flat is very comfortable and clean with all you need for a short term stay. The building is quiet with two entries which is convenient.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

Great location beautiful property well maintained

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

The property was great and the cleanliness was impressive. I had a wonderful time and would definitely consider booking it again in the future.
