This one bedroom studio (250 sq feet) has been thoughtfully designed to think of all that you may need for a restful stay - coffee, snacks, comfy bedding, & more! This guesthouse is tucked away behind our house offering added safety. We occupy the main home & backyard. We have a friendly Great Dane (Winston) that is well mannered & is monitored while outside. Access to the home is via a driveway.

Enjoy privacy in a separate 1 bedroom cabin with king size Tempurpedic bed and Queen sleeper sofa. Well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Pool available from May to September - shared with hosts and one other guesthouse. We can arrange for private pool time for your family 2 hrs daily. POLICY: No smoking or pets. Parties/ events need special permission and additional fees.

These businesses include iFly, TopGolf, Main Event, Quail Springs Mall, and dozens of fine restaurants across the highway in the Chisholm Creek district. These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property.
