Small house full of charm (cocooning atmosphere) in the heart of the village of St-Armel, fully equipped (Wi-Fi - dishwasher - oven - microwave - connected TV - barbecue) 2 steps from the Gulf of Morbihan The coastal trails, at the end of the street, lead to the GR34, the salt marshes, Tascon Island, the small port of the St-Armel passage. You will have an equipped kitchen, sitting area, mezzanine sleeping area and large wooden terrace. The entrance is on the street side by an interior staircase.

Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. The staircase is not suitable for a person with reduced mobility. Independent entrance, private terrace, table, garden chair, sunbathing

Located in the countryside in a peaceful area, it is 5 minutes from the village (supermarket and all shops), 10 minutes from Vannes and 20 minutes from the beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan. The bed is a sofa bed, with a good quality mattress. Sheets and towels are provided. Just for you, a terrace, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue. Also a parking space.
