Definitely worth the price. The neighborhood is safe with great options for food with the markets available within a 5 min walk. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The room is very spacious. WiFi was good . Was able to do a couple of zoom calls. couple times a lag but nothing that causes frustration. Able to stream Netflix without an issue. Overall for the total cost it was great.

There are so many good things to say here after a months stay. Firstly after 18 months of travelling this is literally the cleanest air bnb I’ve been in. Super friendly and accommodating hosts including late checkout. Use of ideo coworking/library and pool was an unexpected bonus. Super friendly and helpful security guards. This is a small unit but it has everything you need in a very convenient location. I’d 100% recommend it.

Erics Condo is very nice. Everything was very clean Gym and Swimming Pool __ Great The Staff was a nice Guy and very helpful Only 150 Meters from the BTS Station I can recommend very highly I come again next time Thank you Eric

Nice cozy accommodation near the metro with all the amenities. The owner is very responsive and always ready to help. Not far from this place there are all the necessary shops and small places to eat. The only problem is the sounds of construction in the morning near this place. I recommend the accommodation
