Είναι δίπλα από είσοδο στα μονοπάτια που διαπερνούν το χωριό και ενώνουν την Ιερά Μονή με τη Μαύρη σπηλιά, με μια στάση στο μοναδικό αλλαντοποιειο Στρέμμενου. Το σπίτι διαθέτει 1 υ/δμε ένα διπλό κρεβάτι , ένα σαλόνι με δύο μονά. Το τζάκι μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

It has two bedrooms (one double bed and 1 single bed) 3 guests with the possibility of 2 extra in the living room on comfortable sofas (5), kitchen with dining area, WC, living room with TV, WIFI internet and terraces with unlimited view of the City, the lakes Lysimachia and Ozero, and the surrounding mountains. Free parking in a private space for at least 3 cars.

The house is located in the center of the beautiful new Mikro Chorio, very close to the village square and the Country Club, in a dreamy environment at the foot of Chelidona overlooking Kaliakouda and Velouchi. Built with traditional stone and wood architecture. It consists of two independent residences, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first floor apartment has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

It is a complex of two (2) independent accommodations with a shared pool and yard. Enjoy our semi-mountainous and picturesque village at 320 meters altitude, with the magnificent view of the Gulf of Corinth. Feel moments of relaxation and fun in the pool. The accommodation is 5 kilometers from the sea, with many beautiful beaches. (The last 50 meters to access the property is a concrete road slightly uphill)

It is 5 km from the picturesque Thermo. It is 22sq.m. with internal staircase that goes into the room (loft 1.30 height) . It's all new roof floor and all made of wood and stone. Bathroom new all in very good quality.
