Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Maison adaptée pour un séjour en famille, 3 chambres et un salon ouvert sur la cuisine. Salle de bain et WC indépendant. Espace extérieur goudronné avec possibilité de stationner les véhicules + garage. Possibilité d'installer une table de jardin (disponible dans le garage), barbecue présent. Commerces présents dans le village (boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie). Proche du Lioran et de nombreux départs de randonnée. Le linge de lit est fourni. Le linge de bain n'est pas fourni.
