The large grounds make the place unique for outdoor activities for big and small, and the fenced garden is perfect if you have a dog with you. Klithuset - in beautiful nature with plenty of space

The dune house is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, just 2 ½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in lovely raw nature with great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has a good view. Dogs welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex. Guests will thoroughly clean upon departure. External cleaning available on request. Electricity consumption is paid separately. Heat pump in the house. See possibly my second house: Fjordhuset.

From the living room, there is access to a large covered terrace with lighting, garden furniture and a large lawn.

Modern cottage with a wide view to the south and west over Limfjorden towards Dragstrup Vig. Ungenerous location in a cottage area. Modern interior with large bathroom with sauna. Induction stove. Dishwasher. Large plot and private garden. There is a Weber grill available, but you will need to provide your own charcoal and meat. The house also has large common areas, with private access to the fjord. By the fjord, there is a swimming bridge with platforms, a safe playground, a pirate ship (!) and a campfire area.

The location of the house helps make it truly unique, as there are a few minutes walk to the beach through small trails, a few minutes walk to the city grocery store as well as the city's best cafe. The house is newly built in 2021 and has a very special vibe. The house has a wooden terrace all the way around the house and there can always be shelter in one of the many sun nooks. The house is furnished with good beds and super indoor climate.

This means that the cottage is just as useful as a "love nest" for a couple who want to enjoy the togetherness in cozy surroundings as for friends who like to be outdoors, perhaps even with outdoor accommodation.

Bright, simple and cozy tiny house near the water! With parking just in front. Fully equipped kitchen. Terasse with sun from morning to evening. You can make BBQ on the Weber grill. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of privacy. Only a 5 minute drive to the habour with fresh fish dishes and another 5 minutes to the grocery store. This is a very nice summerhouse area. Don't hesitate if you have any questions!
