Conveniently located 1-bedroom duplex apartment in SoFo, (South Forks). Close to restaurants, grocery stores, wine and spirits, and shopping, you will need not venture far. A great place to stay for business, sporting events, concerts, visiting the family, or to simply recharge the batteries, you will find that The Keeper's Inn is SoFo Mojo!

From the moment we arrived, this cabin proved to be the perfect lakeside escape. The cozy, spotless interior and thoughtful amenities—from the fast Starlink Wi-Fi to a crackling fire pit—made our stay seamless. I even proposed to my then girlfriend (now fiancée) at sunset on the dock. Hosts were incredibly responsive with clear check-in instructions. The private dock and fire pit were highlights, and the pet-friendly policy was perfect for our pup. Five stars all around—we can’t wait to return to this hidden gem!

We were very comfortable at Laura's place! The apartment was very clean, freshly vacuumed, and tidy. The bed and couch are comfortable and the carpet is nice and cushy. The location is very quiet despite being near a college campus. Laura always responded quickly to my messages and was very accommodating. Fantastic deal!

My girlfriend and I had an extended stay here while she was working a travel contract in Crookston. I worked from home and never had issues with the wifi. Kathryn was accommodating when we asked for an extension and was always super responsive. The building is quiet (we rarely heard other people) and there were enough cooking utensils supplied. The heat was very effective during the winter.

Adam was a great host. Very responsive & always able to help with any problems or concerns. He also was able to get some items we requested at one point. This also is the best deal in town, if you’re ok with a roommate. You won’t find another place this cheap and accessible. The neighborhood is downtown close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and right by a nice grocery store. We really loved the area and being right by the river. The room is a little smaller than I imagined for 2 people, but it is doable, especially if working a lot and not home all the time. Kitchen has everything listed and even a few extra things left behind by previous tenants.
