Central heating, double glazing, neutral decoration, plenty of natural light. Wireless broadband. Private patio and parking for one car. The Cider House is a spacious and comfortable home opposite the Village Green in Cromhall, near to Wotton-under-Edge on the southern fringe of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The village is conveniently located for the M5, with J14 approx. 10 mins by car, and the A38 a similar distance. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
