We are located between Sologne and Sancerrois. The villa is suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends Nearby you will find tourist attractions: Aubigny-sur-Nère 10 minutes away, La Borne (potters' village) 20 minutes away, Bourges and Vierzon 30 minutes away, Sancerre and its vineyards 40 minutes away.

Elle se compose d’un grand espace de vie en bas avec salon, cuisine et s. à manger et d’un coin bureau avec lit gigogne (confortable grâce au sommier et matelas) Deux chambres avec chacune leur sdb. Un beau terrain avec piscine et étang complète ce lieu. Un havre de paix au calme et au vert. À 15 min. de Sancerre et à 2h de Paris.
