Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Three Rivers

Grayson’s Property is a gem at the base of Sequoia National Park. The location couldn’t be more convenient for park adventures—we were minutes from the entrance, yet the setting felt private and peaceful. The mountain views from the deck were absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect morning coffee spot. The home was just as pictured—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. After a long day, soaking in the hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to relax and recharge—it turned out to be one of our favorite parts of the stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, scenic place right at the foot of Sequoia, Grayson’s property is the one.

Great stay! Nice to be as close to Sequoia as possible for those drives into the park. Beautiful open concept kitchen and living room. Lots of space and amenities! Leo was great!

Great overall experience. The place is adorable and located less than a mile from gate to Sequoia NP. Lori was very friendly and responsive. Generous basket of “goodies”. Amenities were as described. Enjoyed having breakfast at the picnic table or sitting in the chairs outside our window overlooking “Lola’s Meadow” with deer, squirrels, wild turkey’s and birds. Met Lola’s husband, John, as he filled the bird feeders. Would definitely stay here again when in the area and would recommend to couples who just want a short getaway. Ate one night at the Gateway restaurant 1/4 mile down the road. Nice table for two outside overlooking the Kaweah.

Lis was a great host and the sunset cottage is lovely. She proactively communicated before our stay, sent clear check-in instructions and also checked in mid-stay to see if we needed anything. The cottage is in the perfect location, as it’s under 10 minutes to get to the national park entrance and also close to the town’s restaurants, shops, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and Lis has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. We will recommend Lis’ cottage to friends/family visiting the Sequoia area in the future.

One of the top Airbnbs that I have stayed at. The host was great and gave us some good ideas of things to do. Staying here you are secluded which is great. We saw deer, turkey, quail, a bobcat, and more. only thing we missed was a snake! Me and my boys spent most of our time fishing. Over 3 days we caught over 100 fish. Large bluegill, bass, and crappie. Worms worked really well on a bobber and crank baits killed the bass and crappie. We took an awesome hike to a private swimming area and the family had a blast. We tried booking this place last year and it was booked out, I know why. We are already planning our trip to come back next year.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay — Even Better Than the Photos! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The home was not just clean — it was incredibly well-organized and stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were so many little touches that made a big difference: hot chocolate and popcorn for the kids, coffee and a great selection of teas for adults, and even all the essentials for baking. The grill setup was perfect, and one of my personal favorites was discovering a variety of my favorite spices already in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable with high-quality sheets and pillows, and we appreciated how every switch and remote was clearly labeled — such a small thing, but it made everything so easy. And the communication? Just outstanding. Hailey was there for us every step of the way, always quick to respond and genuinely caring. The location is also ideal — just a 15-minute drive to the Sequoia National Park entrance.

This is such a lovely and well maintained house. Brett (one of the owners we believe) was super communicative and helpful. He’s literally there to answer your questions the minute you send them. One of the reviews said the kitchen wasn’t stocked enough but we found it more than sufficient! There’s a whole rack of spice bottles plus other essential cookware. Super easy to use. The rooms are very well maintained - nothing pretentious, just clean, cozy, spacious and modern. There’s so much wildlife around the house! We saw two quail families with chicks, a baby squirrel, a giant wild turkey, a salamander and a hummingbird. The immediate neighborhood surrounding the house feels a bit quiet and un-traveled, but you can get to town and all its amenities very easily. As is the case with other accommodations in the area (ie super quick to get to the national parks), if you come in the summer, the price is high for a couple but the house is really cared for and good value.

Dorinda’s place is really comfortable, my stay was cozy especially after a long day at work. I would definitely recommend this place .

We had our wedding across the street at Springville ranch and this couldn’t have worked out better. Ourselves and our bridal party were able to stay close to the venue and enjoyed our stay. The small river/beachy area was amazing and I wish we could’ve stayed longer lol we’ll be back for sure ! Madeline was so responsive and accommodating!

Guest Equity’s place was the perfect place to use as a home base to explore Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park!

The guest equity was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly on our first day of check-in. The place is quite close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park, which made it easy to get in and out. It was also very convenient to have parking right in front of the room. We saw deer on the property twice and even a turkey during our stay, which was amazing—but they only came out early in the morning. Thank you for hosting us—we had a great time staying there!

What a wonderful place. Very close to downtown with lots of places to see and eat. 45 mins to the National Parks at a great price. The place was very comfortable and clean. Lisa is great and answers quickly if you have any questions.
