Highlight of our trip. If you want a quiet beautiful place far from tourist crowds this is it. The flat has a well equipped kitchen, AC and looks much better than the pictures. The terrace is simply wonderful. You have a beautiful view on the sea while Having breakfast or dinner there. Mochlos is quiet but with a cozy, small town centre with some good tavernas and nice bars where you can watch the sun set. The beach is small, mixed pebble/sand and less than 5 mins away. A really nice sand beach is at Pachia Ammos. If you're looking for a calm place to relax and do nothing we can recommend it very much.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

My stay at the beach house in Pachia Ammos felt like stepping into a quiet dream. The house was just as shown in the pictures — and somehow even more beautiful, embraced by the serene rhythm of the sea and the gentle charm of a peaceful neighborhood. Each morning, I woke to the whisper of waves and a view so breathtaking it felt like time stood still. The warmth of the locals made the experience even richer, and our host Marilou was the soul of it all — gracious, generous, and sincerely kind. I left a part of my heart by the shore, and I know I’ll return someday

We had an indescribably beautiful time in the windmill. The view and the garden are stunning. Everything is prepared with so much attention to detail. We lacked nothing. In the village you can eat very well. You're just comfortable. We are happy that we were allowed to be there. If you're looking for something special, highly recommend this place.

Great accommodation with a spacious terrace and a magnificent view. The accommodation is well placed to mop between the north and south of the island. And most importantly, Stephanos was a great host!!! A nice aperitif to welcome us and full of little touches during our stay.

I wish I hadn't stayed here first on my trip to crete because it was the best place and location. the house is cosy and the town is very beautiful.

This property was just so lovely to spend time in with my family. Very clean and supplied us with everything. The village is so beautiful and the beach is just a 5 min drive. We like to stay in and cook so we didn’t really explore the restaurant situation but we were given so many suggestions from the host. The communication was brilliant and anything extra we needed they supplied for us. Definitely well worth the price for this property and would 100% recommend it!! Thank you for having us hope to see you again 😄

Anna’s house is beautiful, cozy, and peaceful in the small village called Shinokapsala on the southern coast of Crete. The house has a lot of space and the view is spectacular for the balcony. All but one room has private bathrooms, the kitchen is the best equipped among the apartments we rented in Crete. All windows have motorized blinds, and all rooms are equipped with AC. It can be reached only by car and if you want to buy something you need to take the car also because the village has no shops but the calmness and the sight make up for it. Strong N, NW winds could make some noises in the house but if one can sleep deep or uses earplugs what we did could oversleep these nights without a problem. Anna was a great host. Even though we got lost in the mountains because we didn’t follow her clear instructions on approaching the village, she patiently waited for us in the middle of the night. We heartily recommend Anna and her house for families or small groups.
