Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

Very clean and well-maintained apartment in a central location. There are great cafes in the building, and communication was always fast and friendly. Small notes: Two of the four lamps unfortunately did not work, and the sofa could use a cleaning. Also a pity: Although help with carrying suitcases was promised (the building has no elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor) and I had coordinated my arrival, but ultimately no one was there.

The condition of the accommodation was also very good. I liked that the host responded quickly. The infinity pool is also nice If I come to Ho Chi Minh City, I think I'll come again. It's the best!!!

I had a wonderful stay in Saigon with the Squirrel Village as hosts. Duong, Dan and Tien was so helpful. Anything I needed, they provided. The room is a bit small and compact but the 270 degrees windows made it such a 💎 gem in the middle of all the action in District 1. The natural light in the room was dreamy, even on the rainy days. There are many places to eat, drink and have a good time nearby. It is a vwey convenient location. I recommend this property and I will be back to visit! Thank again for everything.

Apartment was clean and the staff in the lobby were very friendly and responsive. The immediate vicinity doesn't have much going on, if you're like me and like to walk around, exploring cafes and restaurants. However, it's a short grab ride away from the major areas. Also, the sheets are not changed during cleaning days.

Host was very polite, place is great with the view, very clean.

The apartment is very modern and convenient location. I was pleasantly stay until my boarding schedule for next day.

I had an amazing stay at this homestay in Ho Chi Minh City! The location is absolutely perfect — it’s right in the heart of the city, so everything from tourist spots to restaurants and local markets is just a short walk or quick ride away. It made exploring the city super convenient. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the essentials were provided, which made my stay really comfortable. What truly stood out to me was how supportive and friendly the host was. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and were always available whenever I had a question. If you're planning a trip to HCM City and want a place that’s convenient, clean, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares, I highly recommend stay here!

The room is clean, hygienic and tidy, a good experience

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.
