Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Thu Thiem

Philip is so friendly and professional. The accommodation was flawlessly clean and well-sufficient. I visit Ho Chi Minh very often From now on, I will only make a reservation for Philip‘ home. They communicate quickly and actively solve them.

The apartment is a bit on the pricier side of things BUT if you look for a hassle free accomodations in a building with heaps of locals free washing and great views, this is the place. Aircon was a saviour and the bed was very clean and comfy. location is very central. My Partner and I enjoyed it very much. special thanks also to our host who was very helpful and responsive!

I had a really relaxing stay at Tony and Bella’s apartment. The space was clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The building itself felt upscale and secure, and the facilities like the pool and gym were a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well throughout the stay. The location was also really convenient. It was quiet and easy to unwind, but just a short Grab ride from District 1 so getting around was no problem. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.

It is a luxury condo, with all the amenities, situated in a sparsely populated and newer part of Ho Chi Minh, across the bridge. The views from the 20th floor are amazing. For us it provided an oasis of calm after spending the day in the bustling city. It was beautifully clean with good towels and linen, as well as a powerful hairdryer and a small clothes steamer, a washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a convenience store in the building and many coffee shops within a very short distance. The Waterbus stop is 200m away and it is a short hop across the river at minimal cost. There is an amazing swimming pool in the complex but as access is by means of fingerprint, it was sadly not a facility that was open to us. Check-in was arranged with minimum fuss and check-out was also very easy. Building security was excellent and they are used to ride-sharing and taxi services, as well as fast food deliveries. It was a great hotel alternative.

Room is clean, and spotless. It’s relatively new and you will feel like home. Host was helpful, and responsive. Thank you for the amazing stay !

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

The accommodation was tidy and quiet, so I had a good rest during my stay.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. I had an excellent stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and professional—any issues that came up were handled quickly and with care. The location is ideal: central enough to access everything easily, but tucked away just enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The property is patrolled by security, so it feels very safe—great for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Street vendors aren’t allowed on the premises, which keeps the area peaceful. There are several convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, and ride services can find you easily. It’s also just a five-minute walk to District 1 by crossing the bridge right outside to get to Saigon Centre, Ben Thanh Market, Walking Street, and other popular areas! I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Host was very friendly and accommodating! Can be a little difficult to drive to District 1 if it’s peak hour, but plan ahead and you’ll be good to go. Would definitely recommend.
