Monthly Rentals in Thurston County

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights during the State Softball Tournament in Lacey, and we are SO happy we were able to find this property. It was everything we look for in a stay...comfortable, quiet and private. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Caela for the wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—peaceful and walkable to everything we needed, and we discovered some fun spots on foot as well, including the nearby "Teeny Tiny Cidery"! The apartment itself was bright, airy, and beautifully open and clean, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. It was thoughtfully appointed with everything we could possibly need and more! We also had the pleasure of meeting Kathy and Larry, who are both delightful, welcoming, and truly embody the spirit of hospitality. We highly recommend their place and hope to be back again!

We were extremely satisfied with the property and its location. (Safeway two blocks away, Costco and Walmart within 1 1/2 miles) Ned and Joann were responsive to our request to extend our stay. Their neighbors Ted, Christine and Carolyn welcomed us to the neighborhood as well, even giving us peanut brittle and garlic pretzels as a departing gift. Love the property, love the neighborhood. Ee higly recommend it.

A+++ spot, stop reading and book! This little 2BR is perfectly walkable to downtown Olympia, and easily driveable to everywhere else. It's spotless, easy to get in and out, and has little emergency travel amenities to replace the things you forgot.
