Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Ticehurst

This is the third time that our group of eight women stayed at this wonderful house. When we arrived everything was so beautiful, so clean, the linen crisp and white, all so welcoming and warm. Would recommend without hesitation.

I enjoyed my weekend at Sandra's place. It was a pleasant surprise. Sandra catered for all of my needs. There was a lovely informative welcome pack with "goodies". The accomodation felt like home from home. It was quiet and relaxing. I hope to visit again. It's a great place to recharge one's batteries very peaceful.

For a family of two adults, two older children and three younger ones plus two grandparents and a dog it was perfect. There was plenty of comfortable space. An ideal location for exploring the area. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door Estalla en Tobey. Hele vriendelijke mensen. Het huis is erg mooi en netjes, schoon. Hele leuke plek en heel leuk huis..Attent dat er bisquits lagen. Voor ons een te smal bed (ik denk 1.40)? met 1 dekbed maar voor 1 nacht prima. Het bed zelf lag heerlijk. Geen last van verkeer, ook al ligt het langs de weg. Ontzettend handig dat er een restaurant tegenover zit en mooie wandeling voor de hondjes achter het huis in een voormalige boomgaard (nu weiland.). Ook voor kleine hondjes geschikt als je langs de rand loopt. We waren op doorreis in Kent.

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

Absolutely great place,it does look 100% way better then what you see in pictures Literally you can get there the most peaceful getaway ,we already recommended this place to friends and we will definitely use this place again Worth for the price 100%.

Larissa was really accommodating and had great communication in the lead up to our stay. The barn and surrounding area were lovely. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was great! Very comfortable bed and a great night sleep, despite the heatwave temperatures which were outside of anyone’s control! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in or around the area.

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

Julie is an ideal host, very friendly and responsive. The static caravan is very well equipped with a kitchen, 2 toilets, one with shower, and a sizeable lounge /dining area. Would book again. David Maxwell

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

What can I say. Other than simply perfect. Natalie and Peter went truly above and beyond. The place was decorated so nicely for my 30th birthday. Everywhere was clean, and simply breath taking. Nothing was too much, I even had a blister and Natalie went and got me some plasters. The yurt is stunning, the little Annex you get with it was so lovely just to chill and watch tv in. The outdoor bath was perfect to sit and chill and look up at the stars. I’ve never experienced an air BnB like I did this weekend, it was one of a kind. I definitely will be going back! X

Perfect place for our family of four to stay for a peaceful and secluded retreat for a couple of nights. The cottage was lovely and the grounds and surrounding garden were beautiful. My two primary school aged daughters loved spending time in the swimming pool and even attempted to play a bit of tennis! Caroline was a brilliant host and keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Super friendly and always clear and responsive with communication. Would love to stay here again some time and hope we get a chance to do so!

Lovely place to stay, everything close by. Ideal for us to visit family and friends. Everything we needed and more!! Clean and tidy and chocolate biscuits too! What more could you ask for!

Wir waren auf unsere Rückreise aus Cornwall für 2 Nächte dort.Eine sehr schöne Gegend, wo wir gerne noch länger geblieben wären, um sie zu erkunden.Die Empfehlungen zum Essengehen und Unternehmungen waren super.Wir kommen gerne wieder,weil die Unterkunft auch total gemütlich eingerichtet ist.Leider konnten wir wegen des Regenwetters nicht draußen sitzen und den wunderschönen Garten genießen.

We enjoyed our brief stay in The Saddlery and it suited us perfectly. It was easy to find, easy to park, easy to get in and brilliant being opposite the pub where we had a tasty supper one evening. The sofa was comfy, as were the beds, with fresh smelling linen. Very handy having ensuite showers to the rooms. It is a sweet little bolt hole to explore the surrounding area and fairly priced. Teddy enjoyed his walks through the graveyard and out into the fields beyond! A great find being close to Tunbridge Wells.

Without wanting to sound like a broken record, this place is small but perfectly formed. I will definitely be back when visiting friends and family again. Garden was a necessity for my dog but really pleasant to sit out in the morning with my coffee. Lots of great space saving ideas, plus very comfortable bed, good quality bedding and towels. Lovely peaceful few days.

Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome from Fern, to the actual stay. Spacious cabin with lots of storage. Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning products and cloths. Bed was very comfortable and lovely to lie in and watch some of the provided DVDs in the evening. Views around the lake were lovely and lots of wildlife to see. The resident white duck loves lettuce and will come up and greet you for more. The outside seating area was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Loungers with cushions, parasol etc are available and so pleasant to relax with just the gentle tweeting of birds and a chilled glass of wine. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back for some more wonderful rest and relaxation.

Sarah is a charming and entertaining host. Her beautiful house is full of character and we loved our stay with her.

Sehr gemütlich für zwei Personen (und einen kleinen Hund)! Das Häuschen und der schöne Garten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Lynda ist ein perfekter Host. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Hidden gem! Everything was perfect, the fire place, garden, BBQ and hot tub under the stars. Ross & David are extremely responsive and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Thank you guys ❤️

We booked a one night stay in Dot Cottage last minute for a quick get-away from London. The cottage is really charming and perfectly located in Rye. Catherine was the perfect host and I would absolutely book again to return to Dot Cottage!
