Excellent place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as they were shown in the house. It's pet friendly. My dog was very happy and there's plenty of room to walk around the designated areas.

Lalo's house is beautiful, just like the photos. I loved the pool with the added bonus of having a heater. It was excellent and the garden is very beautiful. It has all the services for a comfortable stay. I felt at home. Mr. José Luis, who is in charge, was very kind and attentive. He was always aware of what might be needed. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, we could not use the area to make a campfire because of the rain, but I am sure we will return. Thank you very much, Lalo and Mr. Jose Luis for his attentions and being so kind, I wish to return very soon.

The house is very nice, just like the photos, everything is very clean. It has all the cookware. You sleep very comfortably, you don't hear any noise despite being on a small avenue. The pool is a good size for the house and very nice. Mr. Felipe is very formal. The taxi had a hard time finding the address, the street where it is located is narrow but it is in the center of Cuernavaca. Thanks to Ms. Marcela for her excellent attention and always being on top of everything, thank you very much. We plan to return.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house with a lovely outdoor area and pool. It is in a quiet area removed from the noise and hustle of the noisier parts of the city.

everything is perfectly as described and shown in the photos. in case one was wondering: well maintained and super clean. all the basics and comfy. toilets that flushed amazingly and hot showers. the gated community is what we come for and we got to enjoy the club/play area that was recently painted and refurbished. nothing is modern but everything is maintained and impeccable. its peaceful and if you are interested, lots to do in the surrounding area. we prefer to ride our bikes and hang out in town, its always a great way to disconnect. it was exactly what we are looking for when coming to ticuman.

The host was very nice to us, the place was beautiful and clean, my whole family really enjoyed it and it was comfortable, it was also clean and they provided us with help and extra items to turn on the grill, I would definitely wash it again, it is worth it and it is 3 minutes from the spas the stacas and Santa Isabel.

Very nice property, well maintained and spacious, we felt well received, Germán and his wife were kind and attentive to our needs. The only thing we regret is that the pool water was very cold and somewhat dirty. We were informed that the pump broke down and they fixed it as soon as they could, but we still did not enjoy the pool. But in general, everything is fine. Thank you very much.

The house is beautiful! The photos don't do it justice, my family and I were delighted and we definitely want to come back. The land is huge, inside Ismael and his wife lives that were always due to us (in case we had any orders from the store) the attention from Raul and they were always friendly and their response was always immediate. It is true that it requires a bit of maintenance but they are small, nothing that would keep us from enjoying or resting. The amazing grill area, the amazing court, the amazing pool, the amazing spaces! If we have the opportunity to visit again, we won't miss it!

We had a great experience. It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. A great place to go to disconnect and for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent location and the house is very comfortable and beautiful, according to the photos, everything is clean and well equipped, the maintenance people are certainly a plus. Karla Santiago, the manager of the house, was very kind and attentive all the time, she helped us with recommendations of activities to do during our stay. Everything was fine, however, there were many cats in the common areas, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Although we understand that cats are part of the family for many, we were not prepared for the amount that there was (like 8 cats). It's definitely something to consider for someone with a cat allergy. If you leave the doors inside the house open, they go in for the food (we were warned about this when we arrived) so we were cautious about that. Despite this, the house itself is very comfortable and with different spaces to do multiple activities, the stay in general was pleasant.

The house is super nice and clean, the pool had a very pleasant temperature, the garden was beautiful and the house was as shown in the pictures. We loved it and want to go back.

Everything was amazing, we had a great time!! We even made desserts with the thousand mangos that fell from the trees. Maricela was very kind and always helped. We stayed a week and everything was perfect!!! 100% recommended!

The loft is much better than what you show in the photos, it has all the amenities and the pool is delicious. Adriana and her husband are very friendly, attentive people and treated us with great affection. I would highly recommend it
