It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

On the 2nd floor 1 large rooms (double bed) and one smaller room (double bed) share a modern bathroom with shower. The 3rd room (double bed) and 4th room (twin beds) have private bathrooms.

The accommodation has menaje( cazuelas,pans…) There are no consumables. Heating runs from October to May included. If you need heating in the summer, there is an additional cost of €15/day.
