Monthly Rentals in Tigbauan

Very clean and nice place to stay with your family and friends. If you are from outside Iloilo, much better to rent a car to save money.

The place was okay clean, cozy, and all the details were accurate. We encountered a brownout during our stay, and the downside was that they didn’t have a backup generator. Also, the caretaker was a bit off not very approachable when it came to assisting us. But overall, the experience was great.

Jen is an amazing host. She was very present, helpful, and always accommodating. The house is spacious, clean. The location is fantastic – malls are nearby, open-air markets are just a 10-minute walk away. There's also ample parking space. The neighborhoods are very friendly as well. Highly recommend ! Theas condo is sparkling clean, super cosy and very quiet. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. I really enjoyed staying there. The apartment is in a quiet area, not far from the shopping mall and offers the perfect mix between living in a quiet area and be close to all the attractions
