Az ingatlan Tihany festői környezetében, nagyon nyugalmas üdülőterületén helyzkedik el. Sok látnivalót érhet el gyalogosan vagy kerékpárral a hozzánk érkező pihenni vágyó. Pl.: Tihanyi Apátság, Barátlakások, Óvár, Tihanyi Belsőtó, Kilátó torony, stb. A Gödrösi szabad strand gyalog is 3-4 perces sétával megközelíthető. Az ingatlan hátsó kertjében medence, kemence is található. Ezeket előzetes egyeztetést követően, igény szerint használhatják a hozzánk érkező kedves vendégek.

This is the upper floor of a recently renovated and newly furnished detached house, with its own entrance. There is a bathroom, an American-style kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other basic equipment. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. The balcony offers a view of the garden. We welcome our guests to this green, quiet, relaxing place where you can enjoy your vacation, the clean air, and the famous wines of the Balaton region.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

A balkonról csodalatos panoráma nyílik a Tihanyi Belső Tóra és az őt körülvesző dombvidékre. Parkolóhely található a zárt udvaron. Vendégeink használhatják kertünket, grillezhetnek. Lakásunk NEMDOHÁNYZÓ, dohányozni a balkonon valamint a kertben lehet.
