Our garden house is located in the back of the garden so you can enjoy complete privacy. You have your own entrance. All amenities are available! A good sofa where you can relax in the evening and during the day and sleep on at night with a topper on it! You have a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Hot tub at an additional cost.

You can use the kitchen if you would like to cook yourself. In the deep backyard you can sit quietly reading, eating or working.

Welkom bij museumhuisje 013 in Tilburg. U bevindt zich in een van de laatste originele wevershuizen van Tilburg. Het huisje dateert uit 1890 en werd gebouwd voor de arbeiders in de textielstad Tilburg. Een rustige boom rijke buurt midden in het centrum van Tilburg. Vlak bij alle faciliteiten zoals cafe's, bars en restaurants. Maar ook dicht bij de bekende musea's zoals De Pont, Textiel museum en brabants natuurmuseum, Loonse en drunese duinen en natuurlijk de Efteling.

The house is located right across from the Loonse Duinen National Park on a dead-end road, you only have to cross and you are on the hiking trails of the dunes as well as the mountain bike routes. Just 10 minutes away by bike is the amusement park De Efteling. Beekse Bergen Beach Park/Safari Park is 16 km away. De Biesbosch National Park is 50 km away. Whirlpool is available all year round for a small additional fee.

Het Landhuisje (4 pers.) is vrijstaand, heeft een privé ingang, gratis parkeerplaatsen, een grote privé tuin en een terras met uitzicht op de landerijen. Het Landhuisje is voorzien van een woonkamer en keuken. De badkamer is voorzien van een regendouche en Marie-Stella-Maris producten. Grenzend aan de badkamer liggen twee slaapkamers. De grootste slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden.

The room has an extra long single bed, and small desk with chair, and laptop table/ side table and a closet for clothes etc. The curtains are 100% darkening and operate on speech/ distance. You can arrange the lighting yourself with an app and enter the room with a code, fingerprint, or app. Usually you get a code. Room=7m²
